Even if he built a Forge earlier and had 2-3 cannons, NesTea would just say " cool - you waste money on cannons while I invest in another hatchery" NesTea is simply too good. Congrats !! and +1 for old schoolers !! :D

This is like saying if your 3 gate expand does no damage you should lose to a competent zerg. The whole point of expansion builds is to allow for "safe" expansions that aren't vulnerable to early pressure. If your expansion build has harass in it(zerglings, helions, DT, voidray, etc) and the harass does any damage(assuming you don't throw the units away) its seen as a bonus and really with a DT expand if the Zerg doesn't apply early roach pressure(if this doesn't cause damage the zerg is far behind) until you have the DT's out you should be in equivalent positions, except now you have map control and until the zerg gets overseers.

Incas builds are good, it's just that the execution is pretty flawed and the micro even more so. What you can also learn by watching these games is how damn good and reactionary Nestea is.

The closest thing would be a halftime, but then it is planned and accepted. This is just a random ridiculous break.
