Although alot of performances are lip synched, it is because their choreography requires alot of physical work and dancing and singing at the same time means their voices will sometimes be strained, eg. breathing loudly into the microphone etc.

But that doesn't mean they cannot sing live. They do sing live at important concerts (eg, their own, or other big concerts) but the GSL isn't an important concert, heck they are just paid to show an appearance, sing a couple of songs, and be on their merry way with an extra 30k or so. They are not interested in us nerds, and they do these appearances all the time, it's how they make money. I saw them at this half time soccer match show and they pretty much did the same thing and I saw them yesterday at the GSL too, up close.

Unless it's really important, they won't really bother to put in any effort. If you search hard enough on youtube you can find concerts where they sing and dance live.

Please don't post lies making it out to be the truth because you are misleading alot of people that may not have alot of idea about korea.

And I ask you guys, what is the definition of good music? Good music is dependant on who is listening, NOT what you guys think a good music is. Kpop may not be to your taste (it really isn't mine too) but korean people love it, japanese people like it, and so does alot of asian countries so who are you to say that Kpop is bad? Some koreans may not like U2 or maroon 5 or Cold Play but whatever you guys are into but that does not make it bad music. If there is at least 1 person that likes a song, then it is a good music to THEM. I don't get how you guys can have to audacity to say which music is good or which music is bad like you ACTUALLY know what the definition of a good music is. It's all relative to each person and if you don't like Kpop, fine, you are entitled to your own opinion but you can't go around saying its bad music just because you don't like it. There are millions of people that do like it. otherwise it wouldn't be as popular as it is today.
