DT play was very smart, but the only reason it worked so well is DF was stupid.

Sweet game overall though!

NASL has pauvrement production, worth like 100$, it looks quite poor and I don't like to sound harsh, seriously.

dt cheese? you are fucking retarded.

Come on man, how wasn't it cheese? the patented 20 minute DT rush has been running rampant lately

Only Cheese that is worse is the dreaded 22 minute Broodlord cheese.

Don't forget about the 4-base, 26 minute, mass BC/banshee cheese. I hate that shit, completely indefensible.

DT cheese? WTF? That is strategy.
Eliminate detection then using cloaked units is a strategy, used in this real time strategy game

Mechanically behind? If the zerg doesn't have more units than the toss it is the zerg who's mechanics are lacking, not the other way around.

I don't even......

Yeah, the classic get 70 supply behind your opponent, snipe all detection and then spam DT's build. Smart strategy from Inc. No idea why I've never seen MC try it.

Zerg should be ahead somewhat im supply but incontrol literally had liek 135-140 when darkforce maxed there. If you think incontrol was on top of his mechanics you are wrong.

Also saying DT is cheese is pretty damn stupid, it was a good strategy.

How can anyone call 20 minute DTs cheesy or gimmicky? If DTs at that point are cheese, when are they not cheese?

Are you kidding me... It was just great decision making. How the hell can you call it cheese... I don't even...

I didn't call it cheese.

I'm sorry, 'gimmicky'. You're an idiot if you don't take advantage of the lack of ability to detect. It's pretty much standard for Protoss to get DT's late game anyway.

gimics? when a base trade situations looks like its happening DTs are pretty much standard, incontrol took out the capacity to detect and therefore went for cloaked units. they worked and did a lot of damage. it was an excellent decision

Not disputing that it was a good strategy.

However incontrol wins more games agaisnt GOOD players with gimmicky play, rather than balanced play.

I doubt there is a high rated toss that uses dt's more than him.

There is a reason for that.

you shut your dirty mouth! you shut it now! Incontrol is a great player with great game sense, the DT isnt cheesy or gimmicky when you go and kill his lair and snipe all forms of detection. In fact it was the BEST idea for that game

im jp with the dirty mouth part, im just a poor lil fan boy

Can you please stop perpetuating this nonsense? A zerg will always max out well before a protoss if he goes hydra/roach.

DT's are by design a pretty gimmicky unit.

The second they are built it becomes cheese apparently. I think they are great to take advantage of a opponent not having any detection.

Yes, it's very standard for the Protoss to be 70 supply behind.
