At least Protoss won something, i thought they would all be out this round. So never bet against Toss? I bet for Toss the whole last rounds, and i was false the most time. Just shut up, i'm glad i don't watch GSL (because of the poor performances of all players of all races, most are baaad tactical and their strategies are like 2 months ago). | ||

July needed to rush in a ling when it was just about done and see if it was finished or not. It'd allow him to get another round of roaches/hydras or spines up, easily stopping the push which he almost held anyway. | ||

The hate he gets is because he's a very predictable player who always goes for 1/2 base all-in strats and has no dynamic or impressive plays. These type of play should actually be punished in the long run, but somehow or rather he keeps pulling out surprising results. His micro isn't anything to be noted (watch him get roflstomped against MC in the GSL World Champs, in a game last season against July I think he even target fired his own Zealots with Stalkers when under pressure, he let his Void Ray die to Spore Crawlers in Game 1 against July this season) and he hasn't shown anything remarkable in terms of multitasking, and from we have yet to see any sort of long macro games from him in which we can be impressed. If it's any consolation though, he does have somewhat good in-game decision making skills (in the 2nd game against Trickster this season). But other than that, anypro has been unimpressive and has only got by through 1 and 2 base all-in strats. EDIT: I'm in no way saying he's undeserving of his achievements, its just that his skills just aren't good enough to be Top 8. | ||
