Its not only that. You CAN engage the army directly, though you have to be fuckin relentless and really commit to attacking and slowly but surely dwindle the forces of the toss player. Artosis vs Sheth was good example of this.

Any army is inefficient when it is infinitely cut in half, but you know whats even less efficient? A split up toss army.
