compLexity Gaming is proud to announce WEEK 12 of its biggest initiative in the StarCraft 2 community, The V! The best test of skill in SC2 is of course the 1 v 1, and we're going to showcase it every week with a best of 7 series between two invited players. The winner will receive $100, and the loser will just have to hang his head in shame as he types "gg." Whoever wins The V will be expected to play the very next week at the same time!

Here are the details for Week 12:

Format: Best of 7 series, map pool is as follows:

Game 1: Shattered Temple
Game 2: Backwater Gulch
Game 3: Terminus RE
Game 4: Metalopolis
Game 5: Typhon Peaks
Game 6: Xel'Naga Caverns
Game 7: Crossfire SE

In the event of a disconnect, the game replay will be reviewed by a player panel to determine if a re-game is necessary. If one player disconnects three times in a single night, he will forfeit the series and the non-disconnecting player will be asked back to the next V.

Prizes: The winner of the best of 7 series will receive $100 via Paypal and be invited to play again the following week. The loser will receive nothing. Every week we have a different giveaway for our viewers, so be sure to tune in for instructions on how to win!

This week's viewer prize is a $300 package from SoundBlaster!

Fan of both of these guys but, I can't see Minigun losing this Bo7. His play has been rock solid lately and Spanishiwa is still refining a lot of his game. I believe Minigun might be caught off guard in the first couple of games, then he'll adapt and win it out 4-2. Should be fun games though, which is all that we can ask for really.

Technically aren't the Week 1-11 spoilers, since we can see who's continuing each week

Maybe you shoudl edit the formatting of that.

I don't play Zerg but I tune into Spanishiwa's stream because I am so intrigued by his extremely late gas build. It is pretty damn cool.

With that being said, Minigun is the better player.

You're talking about a guy who handily dispatched CrunCher on stream. I think it's going to be a close one. Both are fantastic players but mini may have the edge by playing super solid. Dunno if low APM will hurt him though because Spanish is very abusive

Yeah, after I saw his game vs CrunCher on sc2casts.com I immediately checked the strategy section on TL and found his topic. Intrigued, I decided to watch his stream for a bit.

I actually watched his stream for a lot longer than I thought I would, so I feel a bit endeared to the guy. Looking forward to seeing him in action against MiniGun
