I don't get why the Chinese stream is on Justin.tv when its banned here in China. Maybe not over at Taiwan but on mainland China its banned.

It was banned really recently to my understanding. Just a few months ago I was always on justin.tv but suddenly it has stopped working and I've confirmed with other friends around in China; it is banned.

Huh that's odd. I'll bring it up with the TCL admin, see what he has to say - some of the players are from China I think, so their team mates wouldn't be able to watch them play!

I haven't had a chance to ask the TCL admin about two questions so far:
1. What's the difference between TeSL and TCL/why are there different players etc
2. Whether or not justin.tv is banned in China and whether he is aware of it.
I'll post answers here when I have them.

Answers!
1. TeSL is the pro league, TCL is the amateur league. The clans are separate as well. Players may only be part of one league (ie. if you are in the TeSL, you can't be in the TCL, and vice versa)
2. People in China cannot see justin.tv unless they go through a VPN (to bypass the block)

Justin.tv is not blocked in Taiwan. Maybe because Taiwan and China aren't under the same government?
