We have Rush, one of the most recognised and old school Starcraft clans from Taiwan founded in 1999! Sen used to be from Rush as well.
Going up against MaD, another Starcraft clan from Taiwan. MaD actually means Masters and Doctors as there are a lot of "scholars" in their team. However, they have other players that are not of that profession as well :p

Judge: will be appointed by TCL and announced on the official website before every game.
Broadcaster: will be appointed by TCL and announced on the official website before every game.
Clan dealer of the match: Every clan shall assign a dealer being a window to help the routine work(namelist of players, contact with players etc.) during the season.
Official: will be appointed by TCL to deal with affairs of the match and to provide consultance to attending teams.
Offcial journalist: may be appointed to OB in games.

12 clans are going to participate in this season. Due to a larger number of teams, we need a 3-month season(including 10 weeks).
We will start a competition right on 7 pm every TUE, THU and SAT. - This is GMT+8, which means 8PM KST (According to TL time)

Every clan need to prepare to play 5 competitions(1 for each clan) thus there will be 30 regular competitions.
Every competition will include 5 BO3 games and there will be online live channels to broadcast it. We will have regular season competitions and post season competitions. 12 teams will be separated to A、B 2 divisions.
The best 4 teams of each division of the regular season can enter the post season. The top 8 fight in knockout system in the post season.

Competition type: Regular season: 5 games, solo, BO3 Post season: 5 games, solo, BO5
Compettion place: SCII Taiwan Servers
Competition time: Every TUE, SAT and SUN right on 7 pm.(expect to hold the first game on April 2nd,2011) (GMT +8)

Dscription of regular season scores:
Normal scores: Every team can get 2 scores by winning a BO3 game.
ACE fight: 1 extra score will be added to the team winning the 5th games.

Players’ namelist: Every team shall submit an at most 20-people players’ namelist before the regular season and the list shall not contain Pro player. If some player become a Pro during the season, he shall be banned. Both attending team’s namelist by sequence shall be submitted to the judge or to the officials on MON so that the namelist and the sequece can be annouced simultaneously.

Competition maps: League will announce maps of all 5 games after submitted players’ namelists. All maps follow and update with the standard SCII ladder game maps.

Because our games are virtual, a representative account is needed to receive money remittance. The award will be remitted to the clan account after the season. A foreign clan shall take its award by PAYPAL instead of remittance

A broken line game within 10 mins shall be restarted or determined by the judge, otherwise it shall be detemined by the judge.
In case of each side can’t eliminate the oher, the judge shall decide whether restart or detemine the game.
The broadcasters shall be removed from the game whether getting bad lines or causing lag situation. After adjusting equipments they shall rejoin the game.
The clan shall be banned from the next game if impersonation or dishonest happens.
The attending player shall be accounted losing 1st match late for 10 mins and 2nd match late for next 10 mins. Clan dealer can replace the player but give up 1st match.
Every player can only choose a race in the namelist and will be limitted to use that race in games. Random players can only choose random in games.
嚴禁同一個選手同時參加二隊出賽的情事發生，如果被發現該隊將禁賽2場，該選手將不得出賽 (Loosely translated as: If a player is found to be playing for 2 teams at once, he shall be disqualified.)
每位選手在戰隊提交報名表後需提供比賽需要的一些相關基本資料包含：姓名(真實姓名)、照片、年紀、電競經歷、簡介…等主辦單位會在網頁對選手介紹頁擺放 (Loosely translated as: While applying for the league, all players have to submit a form including Real name, photograph, age, competition history, basic introduction for Profiling on the Clan League website.)
每位參賽的選手必需使用自已的遊戲ID帳號進行比賽，不能借用其他人的帳號比賽，被發現該戰隊禁賽一季 (Loosely translated as: Every player has to use their own ID to play. This is compulsory. Any players found playing on another players ID, the whole team will be disqualified and banned for one season.)
