Yeah, MKP failed yesterday with the same kind of pressure on him
I felt the third game, although pretty cool, isn't that great in terms of the strategy used by Seed. Basically it relied on Terran not scouting the expo and hallucination mind games, so it's not a solid build since there's no way he can defend his expansion in the early game. Most of his games he won since the opponent have never seen it and didn't know how to react.
Props to Seed coming up with all these interesting openings though.
I guess I'll jump on the seed bandwagon as well lol. But damn I really like that kid, very interesting builds. Definitely want to try some of these out on the ladder.

His last game -ONLY- worked so well because he played those previous 2 games. That is so impressive about it. His first game wasn't impressive. His second game was something new and I LIKED it. Third game was fucking fabulous. Almost like he knew he was going to win the 2 previous ones and prepared for it. DAMN!!! I love this guy.
I don't think the second game was so new, I remember seeing something similar from Pippi in the Code A tiebreakers.(which is funny since they're on the same team)

oGs and TL are still 2 separate teams, TL didnt make it on the top8 teams by GSL points (they were 9th).
Huh? I just watched the GSL Team League Day 1 VoD's and during the introduction it specifically listed Jinro as part of the "oGs-TL" roster. Tasteless and Artosis also confirmed that they were collaboratively competing as a single unit.

Sadly Artosis and Tasteless are less than inspiring to "younger players" in suggesting to steal builds instead of inventing their own. A Humans best ability is to have an idea; a humans second best ability is to steal an idea. Sadly Tastosis is going for "the second best" only ...
so i guess you are at the top of masters with only self invented builds -.-
to the people asking about MC's livestream, to my knowledge he doesn't actually have one, so unless there's some underground streaming going on, whoever first said it might just be confused

Srsly, so many Terrans get raped by DT's nowadays just because they don't prepare against it. And it wasn't even a DT-rush, he could've easily used the eBay for Upgrades and just put 1 Turret near each CC - WTF?
Seed's play still doesn't impress me much - he clearly overexpanded and then won just cuz the Terran didn't prepare for DT's and didn't scout the 3rd Expansion soon enough, which are clearly just stupid mistakes.
I really don't know why Tasteless and Artosis are soooo impressed by this guy.
Don't get me wrong, he could be good, but for me to think a player is good, I need to see them play SOLID Macro-games and none of Seed's builds so far were solid.
Usually because terran falls behind if they go engineering bay - turret instead of units. So it's a toss-up for whether you'll need them going blind (instead of scouting) or prepare for a potentiall rush or hard-push.
Also note that he hallucinated both stargate and robo units, once he found out he had hallucination - if he ever did because of what happened in game 2 - it was probably already a bit too late to anticipate dts. And when he scanned the front there was an expansion coming up. Note that robo or stargate pretty much negate the chance of dts that fast.
