Haha, you have no idea what you're talking about. Protoss early game is the least flexible of all races. Go away.
This is the first time I've had a chance to watch TT1 play PvZ, I don't follow the tournament scene super close typically. His use of forcefields is amazing because not only does it prevent the roaches from kiting, but it allows the mass zealots to factor in the battle, and they were ripping apart the roaches

No... you are wrong. Machine scouted the eco "cheese" and didn't do anything about it. Of course TT1 was able to defend easily

I do predict some balancing happening in the world of PvZ. Stalkers + sentries just rape everything zerg has early on. I hate getting in on balance talks.... but I've seen so many protoss players take out top notch zerg by using that exact same strategy.
The high level Protoss'(Tyler and TT1) seems to have worked out the timings against Zerg fast 2nd hatch to perfection...Zerg needs to start doing late 2nd hatch with early pressure. Kyrix has already showed the succes of that!

i feel like he should have just not pressured at all, or sent reinforcements until he killed the expansion
Ye, in both games he threw a lot of roaches away.
Well he forced TT1 into making a bunch of cannons (which TT1 cleverely cancels it is true). I don't think the decision to move out was bad, he was perhaps a bit slow to go round the back and target probes. And then to drone and macro back at base while doing that was definitely the right choice.
Ultimately he got caught out on army position with a roach only army. Even with the range increase you need a surround to stand a chance agains the Protoss ball. The FFs just negate any micro against the Zealots. when you're moving up a narrow joke like that one into the 3rd.
