I speak slavic and learned English by playing video games.I'm not very good with languages so I guess it's not that hard....
Assuming the glhf group is doing the dimaga game, I'll be restreaming that if people still are having problems connecting to them... Since game should be starting in a few minutes unless I'm crazy.

Seriously. I can't even imagine how any language could be easier than English.
Really? Because from what I've seen German is about as easy and simple as it gets when learning a language.
Well I feel I can't really judge that since it's my native language. But everyone I talked to about this is saying that English is a lot easier than German.
I speak 3 languages (English, Hungarian, Romanian), and i studied latin, also i was/am learning Italian and German, i can say, german is the most stupid language, ever, when it comes to learning it. No logic, hard to pronounce longass words, stupid rules with 30% exception... Not even comparable to English. So NO, German isnt as easy as English to learn. And it sounds awful, i can only compare it to Chinese in terms of how bad it sounds. Russian is music compared to German. No offence to German speakers, you just talk a hard language <3
I actually have to say this guy seems pretty professional and knows what he is doing. Too bad that my german isn't the best so I don't understand quite everything.
But I have to say that this tournament is awesome. Things run a lot more smoothly as I thought it would be.
I also like his interviews :D he makes them interesting and just seems little harsh because his english isn't the best so he says everything very straight.

All the information is in english and it's all around you as long as you use internet. Normally if you aren't computer illiterate you're at least 'okay' with english, and all the nerds have good english knoweledge.
It's one thing to understand it, reading and writing in english and another to speak it smoothly.
Edit: Sorry Nazgul, didn't see your post above. Won't say anything else.

However in terms of positives, German has consistent spelling and pronunciation, and they use captials for nouns. A great idea.
