@Gibbles definitely agree. Lots of criticism being thrown out for this tournament. Yes I do agree the tournament span has been quite menacing, but at the same time they upload beautiful high quality 1080p videos I LOVE watching on youtube. Some matches I even skipped watching live just so i can watch it on the higher encoding. As far as their first invitational tournament being THIS HUGE a success, I expect EVEN BETTER tournaments hosted by them when retail comes out.

Definitely a contender with the TLI =]

Yeah, the quality of the youtube uploads are awesome; I can sit back and watch them on my flat-screen they're so good. I wish the tournament could proceed faster, but isn't that like most things in life? NHL playoffs, etc.
I just wish that HD and Husky could upload some "dummy" videos. If the series was won in 4 in a row by white-ra let's say, (

) I would still be in suspense on the 4th game thinking that Idra could come back to win it.

I don't agree that criticism is bad, in fact the contrary. If anyone is giving his/her opinion is just because they want to help out, even if they don't know the right way to approach the subject.

I dunno about HD, but Husky mentioned he wanted to do this for living. I hope he can take all this criticism for good, while taking into consideration that we are writing in this forum cause we care about their future. I really hope you can accomplish that dream Husky, we'll love to watch those professional commentaries in the future.

First I'd like to say thanks to HD/Husky for all their replay vods, and especially putting this tournament on. Coordinating players from around the globe, to all play on the us server is an impressive feat. Getting thousands of dollars from a legit sponsor, for a non (blizzard/mlg) sanctioned tournament on what is basically a multilayer demo is a no small feat. The fact that they are broadcasting this without whoring themselves out terribly with, like, weird irip commercials is truly a gift to us all.

On a lighter note: I think its pretty clear that TLO is the fan favorite, in the sense that people might know hes not the best player but wish him the best just cause his playing style is usually he most intriguing/exciting/unique. I understand that playing random is probably one of the main reasons for this, but does anyone else feel like if he had played terran (which I think is his best race) or at least a mix or zerg/terran, or even zerg, he would have won the the tournament?

I don't have the power to make a poll (do I?) and I understand if husky/hd think this one is decremental or childish, but I sure would love to see it.

On making this and future streams/vods better: I for one love branding. Not lame branding, but cool stuff like how husky usually says "thor is here" when a thor is made or "SEeeeeeeeeeeee You guys NExt time" at the end of vods, i always thought that was a cool and catchy way of peacing out.
