I don't think the third place match has been played yet, so looks like it's going to be pretty interesting with patch 13 out now and so little time to practice with the changes.

As I understand the final has already been played so the VR nerf won't have any effect on the outcome.

I Just want to thank HD, HuskytheHusky, their wonderful sponsor irip and of course all of the amazingly talented players for giving the community a taste of a quality tourney for SC2b. I for one have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the matches. Just as exciting as BW if not more, wonderfully out together with superb commentary. I congratulate all involved on an amazing job and I eagerly await the conclusion. Thank you again. There have been some amazing games so far and I look forward to many more.

To be honest, I didn't like this tourney at all. It's taking forever to end, games being played days before the stream and no replays (this isn't really an issue tho).

Maybe it was just me, but I lost the interest after the first day of it. Still, it's good to see the almost everyone liked it and had fun!

I don't have a huge issue with tournaments that are taking a SUPER long time to complete--it kinda gives me something to look forward to. Yeah I think this one may be a TAD bit long, but I feel more bad for the players. So much money is on the line, I bet they are just really annoyed that a lot of their games have to be played right after a patch. Not only do sometimes nerfs and buffs happen that affect the tournament, but the lag is also a huge issue. Now there are probably a thousand IdrA's running around because we can all have duplicate names.

Its really just stressful on the players--and honestly, I bet Husky and HD are kinda stressed out about organizing it. It was their first tourny, so maybe next time it will be MUCH smoother than this. Overall, great job guys, can't wait to see how it ends.

Personally I think it would be really cool to be able to get the .SC2Replay files, it's much more enjoyable to look where I want to look, instead of where the caster wants me to look.

Though I still love the casting, you should also record audio only, that way I can play it while watching the replays (just so long as there's some sort of cue in the casting that I can sync the replay with).

That would be absolutely amazing. Have some pity on people without 10+ Mbit download lines (and for people with gigabyte caps per month) that can't easily watch the 1080p YouTube VODs! A replay file + audio recording combination would be magnitudes smaller in terms of download size and allows people to play with whatever settings they play SC2 on (for me at least it's even better than 1080p quality in a replay, and no waiting for YouTube to buffer - also the games aren't split into 10 minute segments).

Well guys, we are having some serious technical difficulties regarding patch 13. We can't access the replay files, which may or may not affect our stream on Sunday.

We will keep you guys posted...

If ANYBODY can come up with a way to view replays from patch 12 please pm or leave a message here.

List of things I've tried for the last 12 hours:
-Dragging replay onto .exe (doesnt work)

-Reinstalling starcraft up to patch 12. Unplug from internet, and attempt to load. Starcraft simply crashes.

-Various third party methods to load the replay. None of which have worked.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
