Not ten minutes before watching ICCUP, I was on Rise's Livestream which had 2000 users(ICCUP on had 700). I had no lag or anything. Those games usually had 8+ observers even. No lag. No problems.

This is the exact same issue I had with ICCUP last week. Every 10 to 30 seconds it just starts stuttering/buffering. Especially horrible during big battles. Both weeks my ISP is bad? Livestream was bad both times? Only happens with ICCUP? Both weeks it happens with that stuttering/buffering issues?

I appreciate that ICCUP is making these matches. I appreciate that you are all volunteers. I am not trying to be a dick. I am not trying to cause drama, but it's frustrating to want to enjoy some matches and finding a problem and basically getting a stfu it must be my problem as a response to a genuine complaint.
