Control groups:
1-5 - army groups
Q(6) - nexus + forge (double tap straight to forge when placed next to each other for easy chrono
W(7) - Warpgates, warping in units is still W, easy to transition to for standard hotkey users, can also double tap for easy chrono
E(8) - stargate
R(9) - robo
`(0) - mothership core
Camera hotkeys are bound to F1-F8, no hotkey for select entire army... not a huge fan of using that. Base Camera is Caps Lock. (I should also note I use SharpKeys to switch Caps Lock and Ctrl)
Most hotkeys have been rebound to A S D F, Z X C V. Most spells are Z X C, every spellcaster’s main spell, including nexus chrono is bound to Z and alternately Space Bar.
I find this layout/ layouts similar to this are better for response time / hand comfort (a lot of these ideas have already been thought up and implemented by other users (i.e. - FleetKeys).

Building probe: Q(Nexus hotkey) D
Chrono forges: QQ Spacebar
Select nexus(es?), build probes, chrono each nexus: Q D D D CapsLock Space Caps Lock, Caps Lock
In summary, TL;DR: This layout is essentially Grid, but more logical, with access to all 10 control groups, 4 camera hotkeys easy to reach, and tailored for protoss, especially players who are used to Standard.
