sorry but you guys seem to really focus on the zerg layouts. I am not saying it's bad or anything.
just wanted to point out protoss suggestion. You guys really need to emphasize the importance of the pylong cam key. These camera is definately one of the most, if not the most, important keys that protoss uses.
Also how about separting hotkeys for warp gates? So warp gate is still on it's original key, while robo and stargate are together in one key. Therefore you can chrono robo and gates easier which the protoss will be doing the most.

Zerg is just the thing that we've needed to work on the most. They cause the most problems because of the way they work. (Larva and hatchery abilities especially) I actually play protoss more than terran or zerg.
There is a pylon cam. I use it all the time :D Alt+S for me (I'm lefty) Alt+; for righties. I also use 2 free cams for chronoboost cams.
Ignoring the warp gate key is intentional. It is not as efficient as having all of your production on one key. I use my chronoboost cams for chronoboosting :D

Is it OK, that WarpIn has now (in the Core 0.4 - PRM) weird combination of key "Ctr"+"Shift"+"W"? It is "6" in 0.3.3 version. For me it's OK, I don't use WarpIn anymore (I'm using group WarpGates and Robos to one key), but for some "users" which use it it's so long distance to this combination of HKs, don't you think? Or is it expected "behavior" :D reptiLian (alias Tom_i).

@repti_Lian Look directly above your post...

@Czar That is interesting to me. How?

I use Screen hotkeys to chronoboost
|
The point is you don't have to set any more cameras than base ones.
|
Sometimes there are situations that you want to hide tech, i.e. Stargate, Templar Archives, sometimes Robo Bay. If that's the case then you almost need to use another camera for chronoing that building, unless you're really bad at hiding buildings lol.

Bleh I have a tendency to accidentally override my hotkeys when I'm trying to use my layered cameras to inject...happens mostly with the layered hotkey for queens in 0.4.
Besides that, this is golden.

Overriding camera hotkeys is inevitable in the beginning, due to keys being close to each other. It goes away with practice.

Became so pumped when TRM 0.4 came out only to realize i'm using a nordic keyboard that's still at 0.3.3. D'oh!
Though i guess if i'm really serious about it i'd just check what you guys had change with the latest version. Anyways, keep up the good work! :D

you can convert the layout to nordic layout by yourself (use the remapper tool in the non us layout section)
i have done this for nordic and german
TRM 0.4 German TRM 0.4 Nordic

I heard that we don't even need to use the versions for different keyboard layouts because blizzard uses the location of the key instead of the name of the actual key itself.
Please verify, or de-verify if you have a non-US keyboard!

I have a quick question. I moved to 0.4 ZRM. I start a game, select my hatch, build a worker, set the drones to minerals, then set ';' as my first base came. I know the next step is to set up the other base cams, but is there an easy way to deselect my current hatch so that I can set the cams to empty space?

No, definitely not the case for me. I had to remap lots of keys when using my German keyboard. They were even mapped to really weird replacements. At least I didn't see a connection, but maybe I just don't get it.
Where did you get that info? Could you link?

any short info on how to use the new injects? I really want to play some games now and setup my new profile

Shift Click the hatch on the main screen :D
Someone on the stream told me about that with patch 1.5, we don't need the other versions anymore. Too good to be true? Did you test it just now?
EDIT: TheCore 0.4 versions now available.
PLM PRM PRMM RRM TRM TRMM ZRM ZRMM ZRS ZRSM
Enjoy :D
