For P i'm still trying to figure out correct BO. but it's something like: Bronze-silver: Huk's 20 nexus -> 3 gate -> 6 gate (maybe robo for obs) Pure stalkers, with push at 10:00 Gold-Plat: Huk's 20 nexus -> 2gate robo (fast forge)-> 5 gate robo Stalker/Immortal push, with +2 push (and blink?) at 10:30 Probes should be at ~60+ @10:00 Food: 100+ Can you let me know what your army count is like at ~6 minutes? I've been taking a much later expansion (usually between 5:30 and 6:00) after I get three gateways up. For comparison, I'm able to get out about 50 probes, and around 75-85 food by 10 minutes doing this. Obviously it's behind at 10 minutes, but I've had a lot of issues defending anything that comes before that point if I just rely on a single gateway and take a fast expansion.

I'd love to have some benchmarks for Marine/Tank.

You'll need to take a 4th gas to keep constant tank/medivac production up and get upgrades but it's a really easy play off the same set of buildings.

MM against Zerg isn't exactly bad. It depends. Upto 10minutes it's quite much all you need. The Marauders you need to soak up Banelings (unless you have godlike Marine splitting) and the Marines will do the rest. I'm doing the Techlab on Factory and naked Starport version and my benchmarks at 10minutes are like about 100 food, ~47 SCVs, 2 Tanks, 1 Medivac and the rest MM (a lot more Marines than Marauders).

The problem is that I play against high silvers and some golds and mass marine is just bad against most of them, as they will just build siege tanks or banelings. Am I 'allowed' to go for the silver league build even though i cant hit the 50scv benchmark yet? Or is it better to play on to get the bronze benchmark consistently and wacht my marines melt most of the games?

I started playing 1v1 seriously somewhere last february (had the game since launch) but was stuck at high silver last season, and really couldnt get any further. I really like the practicality of your guide, by just providing 'simple' benchmarks to hit. I actually switched from protoss to terran to follow this guide and up my mechanics. I'm starting with the bronze tutorial. However I still cannot reliably hit the 50 scv@10 mins, i'm usually at 45+ but not 50. The benchmarks are just out there to up your mechanics, you don't have to stick to the same rules I do or even the same league I label the video with.

I'm a Gold player (...I have no idea how that happened...) that has came back to the game. I've been looking for something like this for a while. I thought the Bronze benchmarks would be a piece pf cake, but getting 50 SCVs at 10 min is not as easy as it sounds for an old guy (39) like me. I finally got that benchmark up to 44 SCVs last night (..up from 32 when I started...), so...I can be taught apparently. Keep up the great work. Multi tasking is rough man, but if you focus on building the scvs now you will not even think about them later! These are great for all levels. Do yourself a favor and watch these!

It's stable, effective and most importantly I feel I play in a way that I can learn on. Now I'm playing in a way I think I can grow into a better player. When the 3rd base is up, I feel unstoppable. Not because my army is big, but because it's "never ending". Know what I mean ? Here is what I managed to pull off Than you so much Filter, I feel I can go diamond again soon. Rofl, some of those rages are hilarious. It's even more funny when it's because you just flatout beat your opponent in every aspect of the game.

Yeah they roll up with one tank similar marine count and it's GG ^^

I started in bronze (skipped the quali-games) and now, after 50 wins i am in Gold again. When I started to adapt this style i hit 47 scvs regularly (when not pressured ofc) now i am on 50-52 and the build starts to feel "bumpy" simply because i spent all my money all the time :-) What is REALLY hard to learn is how to take the third while your push is rolling out. I feel this especially against Toss on two bases. I move out with a 20+ food lead. Double prong attack...does nice damage...but i hope for GG...and forget to set up my third. One misclick and my army dies and i can't reeinforce. toss is easy if tehy stayed on base or took a greedy 3rd. 2 bases gives me nightmae I saw Filter's game against Boss, where he really has the nerfs to pull back, set up his infrastructure and kill him late ron. I am working hard on this now! Perfecting the 3 base play is the goal for this weekend. I am now able to hit the 51 scvs and 102 foodcount at 10 minutes constantly...so it's time to tackle the next goal!!! BTW. if i just don't care if i loose to cheese anymore. I gg and I see their stats: 1200 wins and still gold...lmao!!!

My style so far is to scout a bit earlier, and play a little more reactive than your style is (in the videos at least). The biggest improvement for me has actually been scouting and timings. Since I now know very well how dangerous my army will be at ten minutes, I know farily well how far behind/ahead my opponent is as well. Some protoss players are confused by the opening and build 2gate-robotics to get an observer and a rather late nexus. Then again some use the same robotics for some kind of weird allin with colossi that I now hold most of the time. The worst enemies right now are 3gate+voidrays that don't scout much but know their allin pretty well. The second gas is a hint, but can also be TC-tech or simply a fake/miss from the protoss. Good ones also protect their nat like they are expanding.
