I have another question, for every match-up when should I build my armory (give a situation or timing here please) and when I build it for the first time what will my use for it be, and through-out the game (for example, let's say the game goes for 1hour) what will I upgrade on it and usually what order would I be upgrading. For TvT I'd be going biomech, TvZ biomech, TvP bio If that helps. Thanks.

and in TvT if I do a 1 rax expand what is a good build to do a rine tank push?

Normally you build your armory if your last Tier-1 Upgrade from Ebay(s) is half finished, so you can start your Tier-2 upgrades right away, you do not want idle upgrade facilities in a normal game. Exceptions are when you need Thors right away or you go mech.
In TvZ you upgrade mainly +1 weapon so that tanks kill lings in 1 shot and not 2. If you have the money you can continue until +3 weapon and lategame you get air upgrades if you go air against broodlords etc.
In TvP you build +air attacks for your vikings against colossus, you want +1 air attack even if there are no colossi because its cheap and helps you for a later tech switch.
In TvT weapon for tanks is massively more important than armor, so normally you just get +3 armor and then air upgrades for really lategame 'TvT air wars.

Hey,
for TvT you could look up ThorZains build, its still viable.
For 2Rax in TvP... i dont generally like the build, you are a good deal behind if you do not do massive damage. You would want to get a factory and starport right away on 2rax i assume you could not afford more rax. Get your 3rd Gas, continue to produce our of your 2 rax, get +1 attack and just continue like normal. then when you should try to capitalize on your medivacs by dropping and getting up more stuff.
i dont have the experience whith this build, this is just theory... maybe someone who plays 2rax can answer this better.

For 2 rax TvP, (assuming you cease marauder production...which you should for a while). Start your factory and then refinery (2) after starting stim. Begin your (single) engineering bay and +1 ASAP afterwards. Take refinery (3) upon starport construction. Begin your 3rd rax once you can afford it. If you want a third base, i'd suggest delaying your 4th gas. Otherwise, begin refinery (4) sometime during your first two medivac production.

hey guys im silver and wondering if an fe into 1-1-1 will stop a 4 gate?
and if i should use a tech lab or reactor on my first rax with this build {I can fill bunkers faster but have slow stemp etc} I been considering havein ghost even if he has no Templar would hurt zealots and colo shield at worst?
people say marco is best and I agree but when I lost to ppl I out marco allmost 2-1 i think unit comp helps {he did have more upgrades}

What do I do after 1rax FE ? just do the same thing i do vs protoss but mix in tanks later on?
Also does anyone have a good pressure build like the marine hellion elevator which gets your expansion a little later?

Going 1-1-1 after 1rax fe is going to be quite hard to stop a 4gate but with good unit control and bunker repair it SHOULD be holdabe.
I don't like getting ghosts before HTs are out, ghost timings are out , they really dont do dmg anyrore.

111 after 1 rax FE, (double gas, factory + tech lab on rax switch when done) is generally better against gas openings whereas if you see your opponent taking an expansion then you're safe going 3 rax double gas or 2 rax double gas etc. Most people I play who go 1 rax FE tend to play similar openings to TvP, (2 or 4 medivac push) with later tanks.
Proxy marauder into cloak banshee, (or just expand if it's safe) A couple of reapers into cloak banshee Gas first reactor hellion + starport into hellion drop Gas first single banshee + hellions/marines, (or cut some marines/hellions and expand faster) Marine/Tank/Viking (or medivac if you're a bit more daring)
There'll obviously be more but those are some popular ones off the top of my head.
Edit: And straight cloak banshee of course: gas or barracks first variant

aces I think unless you can do a nice drop you are better of with faster tanks {map control} should make up for the eco lose you give them
I guess a scan or vikin can scout this out for you {vikin will slow down drop} or you can go 1-1 med/vikin I am sure at your lvl of play this would work I just can not pull of it and thanks for the advice!!

When doing MVP's hellion/banshee build, when should I start building tanks? I just got owned by a zerg who stayed on 2 base, 32 drones, got 20 roaches some lings and banelings and just stomped me at 9:30, the banshees just aren't strong enough to kill the roaches. I knew some sort of bust was coming, but didn't know the right response, when should I begin tank production to hold this?

With hellion banshee you constantly poke him, and with you banshee you should try to scout all of his base. When you smell something fishy is going on you should rush to siege mode and tanks!

In TvT I go for the Thorzain build. Fast expansion, standard stuff you know, many marines. But how do I hold a thor rush with repairing scvs and about 10 marines? It's really hard to scout because it's usually proxy. And my marines don't seem to do any damage to the thors with scvs repairing.

For marine hellion elevator you don't need any reactors. You can get a reactor on the barracks if you want to do a double gas build following the initial marine/hellion elevator, (banshees, marine/tank/viking).

Might be helpful if you uploaded the replay. At 9:30 I imagine you either have two banshees with a third soon on the way, (or already done)? Have you taken an early third? Lost hellions or anything else before the attack? You should generally be able to hold any roach/ling/baneling attacks with well microed hellion/banshee. A third orbital is also good to have by the time it hits so you have mules to fall back on when you inevitably lose SCVs. Send SCVs to your main, make sure you're walled in properly. You're going to take damage; you just need to ensure it's not so much that 3 mule + SCV production can't overcome.

after you build your two armories you should build 2 factories at around 8:20-8:30 depending on your 3rd and 4th gas timing.
How many banshees you have? If i scout no lair / no spire with banshee harassment or tech scan i take map control and attack the roaches while they walk to my base - the number of roaches+ling+bling should be easily hold with just the thor+banshee+hellion and maybe some scv's for repair but if you hold it you can deny the 3rd base of the zerg for ages and most situation it ends in a roach+hydra all-in and rage quit.
In fact, i think your problem not able to hold the attack is that you don't continue to build banshees - 3-4 banshees kills roaches so fast and ling+bling against mass hellions- no problem.

I am a mid-high masters Protoss. With the awful state of protoss in HotS, I am looking to switch to Terran! My terran is already mid diamond, but I need to get masters with it before I get a HotS beta key. Could someone recommend me the most standard terran builds for all 3 match ups?
