You should probably watch some reps of GoOdy or Turuk, two terrans who are very good at meching vs zerg

Lastshadow actually posted a replay pack where, although he does several variations for openings, every tvz mid-late game of his shows very solid mech play. You can find it if he search in the teamliquid searchbar

What do you do when the zerg player just drops his maxed roach army on your not maxed mech army?

Also how do you defend vs a 1 base colossus all in and how do you tell that apart from a 1 base immortal all in.

Gas units are what tell you what he is doing, a 1base colossus basically has none, normally 1 stalker to deny scouting thats it until colossi are out. With immortals the toss usually wants some sentries, if u see those u can as said "usually" cross off any 1base colossus, but depending on the level you play, you might see some weird stuff too.

Anyone have any tips on approaching TvZ. I have 0 confidence facing Zerg. I always feel too "afraid" to move out because my army usually gets steamrolled by ling/b-ling. Are there ways to tell if I can either move out to do some damage or sit back and "play it safe." Are there any Terran players who feel that can do anything against Zerg, because that is how I feel against Protoss and I am at a loss at how to approach TvZ with confidence and the ability to dictate how the game will go. Thanks for any help.

I really should ask for any pressuring TvT build because all of my builds for TvT are macro based. Anyone want to give me any pro's rep from gsl/mlg/dreamhack etc... on any good pressuring TvT builds or all-in builds?

Thanks for any help. Before infestor muta, you can move out with hitsquads of 8 marines with their a medievac to deny creep. You won't lose anything. Drop before you move out. This forces their army into their base or expansion giving you room to move out. Drop a lot in general to keep the Zerg in his base.
Thanks, I usually never drop when I am playing (big mistake I know), Are there certain things to look for when dropping, The few times I do drop they fail miserably and then I get gun shy about dropping. I watch some of the korean pros streaming and dropping constantly and doing massive damage, how do they decide "this is the time to drop/double drop etc." Is it based on your opponents army position? manipulating their position?

Dominate the map early. Constantly move your marines into the towers and catch any units are incoming into your base. Go rec 6 hellions for early map domination, and constantly move your hellions and check if Z's going for early third. Remove creep tumors, and macro or pressure when you see third or fast infestor play. If you can dominate Z in mid-game (not letting him get more expansions, spreading creep, allowing no map vision, cost efficently trading units) 90% of the game you should be able to win.

I'd watch Last Shadow's stream, he always plays a 1/1/1 build in tvt, and he's also in korea, so there's more terrans on the ladder. Sometimes he does proxie marauder though.

There's two builds for tvt here that I really liked, I'm using the reactor hellion into banshee build. I think the one against jjakji on shattered temple is a good reference.

imagine if must pull scv to defend or to safe them and they are "between" my army.
How do i select all scv to send them back for mining as fast as possible?
my current technique: box all units -> hold strg -> click one scv in the unit selection screen -> click minerals

Hold ctrl and click the idle worker key and send back to minerals using camera hotkey.

Thanks for any help. What helps is getting a lot of medivacs. You can save so much of your army with them, especially early game. I like to stay aggressive and don't let the zerg breath. Scout for hive and tech choice on hive. Drop a lot! Really important, especially late game (All hive units are not really good against drops). And remember: A zerg with many units early game does not have a lot of drones, so you technically did damage already.
