Back in SC1, I often seen people unload-stim-load (or just stim-load) Marines into bunkers when defending. And I also did it often myself. It was sometimes risky, but often not - when you knew of the attack a couple seconds in advance, or when it was a second-in-line bunker, or when it was a choke bunker.
Now my question: Why do I not see this in SC2? I might err in some cases, but am pretty confident that in watching probably a couple hundred hours SC2 streams, I've not even once seen that. Is it selective perception? Is there some problem I don't see? (I never played SC2, only watched it )

You can stim bio from inside the bunkers in SC2.

Ah lol - that's a simple explanation :D Thanks!

If a nexus is destroyed while a recall is in progress (to that nexus), do the units still recall to that location? Or is the recall canceled?

I think either Day[9] or Artosis mentioned something about a 2 base Blink Stalker build against Terran (can't remember if it was Oz doing it), where the Blink Stalkers aren't designed to be a kill move, but are used for map control, light pressure, light harass and scout (kinda similar to how Hellions are used in TvZ). Anyone's got replays or VODs of these Blink games?

*EDIT* Actually for this replay I can't say if the protoss player's is doing 2 base blink, it's more of a 3 gate blink into expansion but the concept is similar to 2 gate blink.
I had a game where I was versed with a masters player (he finished masters in a previous season) where he did 2 base blink play that killed me outright. See link below for replay:

Yo
How should a Protoss respond to a proxy hatch in nat. I go gate expo and scout it before cancel zealot. Get 2 zealots out and MSC, but it finishes easy, and so does queen. After that... Nothing seems to be right. 4 gate is not getting it done if the send 2 lings to scout from proxy.

So.. i'm playing zerg,
How can i jump to a specific unit in a control group? I'm spreading creep with two queens normaly and i want to center my camera first on one of them, then on the other.. using two control groups would be kind of overkill :D

Just keep them on the same hotkey and walk them around where extra tumors are needed and when they have energy, no need to overcomplicate that part of creepspread.

At DH Winter production sometimes shifted into first person with a big dot where the player was watching. I found that to be very, very interesting and I think it could be very valuable in learning. Does anybody know whether those first person VODs will be shown? I heard it during + Show Spoiler [DreamHack Winter Loser Bracket Finals] +. EDIT: While on this topic: does Dreamhack release replays?

I tried it too, but when it get's sniffed out, you'll get really behind.

hey, my first post, didn't read all rules, yet, and prolly wrong thread, but this is the only Q&A thread i found... xD If there is a better thread for my question plz gimme link :3
found this forum couse google gave me this thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=286166
Anybody here knows UO? Ultima Online? and the old injection tools? Razor for RunUO is there any tool for sc2, similar to this?
The story behind these tools, if anyone wanna know, is old injection tools to smoothen your gameplay (and some would call it cheating ;D) i recently startet sc2 and, omg... the gameplay suxx. i need more freedom in my "hotkey" making, and wanna be able to chain some hotkeys/actions to one single hotkey. i need better visualation of the stuff i produce... and all kinda stuff...
/edit: or maybe even something like EasyUO?

I don't really know what the question is, but reading over your post it looks like you just need to practice more. A lot of players check their hatcheries every few seconds to see when they need to inject, and you can also use the backspace method

"practice"? x_X never hurt dat. Question(s):
is there any tool for sc2, similar to this or this? If anybody here played UO, he prolly can answer my question ._.

So, you want the legitimate players on here that work really hard to improve to tell you how to cheat? Good luck with that.

i would not call it cheating... but if i want to build for example 1 "row" of marines (for example 6, if i have 3 barracks+reactor), i have to press 7 times - at least. Why does SC2 not allow to bind this to 1 or 2 keys (select what to build, than how many) moreover, i dont like, that i have a stupid voice telling me what just finished, i want to see that on my interface (where and how - for example upper right corner with a progress bar, like u can see in observer-mode)
than there are some standard action u usually chain together... but u have to do that everytime (and yeah... u get better at pressing stupid button-chains over and over again, but why can't i put this actions on a single hotkey?)
u call it cheating, if i want to optimize my gameplay and gameflow - in other words: customize to my needs. what if i'm deaf and cant hear the voice? what if i have rheumatism and cant press buttons just as fast?
i just want to customize the controls. maybe for some is the standard control the best option, great for them, but it is certainly not for me.

So if you follow this logic whats stopping you from hitting 1 button at the start of the game to make scvs to 10, make a supply depot, make a rax on 12, gas on 13, factory at 100 gas, all of these from 1 button? That's no fun

We call it cheating because it breaks the agreement you agree to wheb you install the game.

It's cheating because you need to press the correct buttons at the correct times to perform the actions that you want. If you want to create 10 marines, you press the buttons to create 10 marines. If you can't do that, you need to practice more. If you don't like the way it works, maybe the game is not for you.
Blizzard gives you total control to change the controls any way that you see fit with the keybindings, so I don't see it as an issue of not being able to customize the controls. But, if you want to run macros that artificially boost your APM because you don't want to practice proper mechanics, that's cheating.
