I'm not sure if there might be a more recent one, but the replays from every TSL qualifier are available, just look in the threads associated with them.

You can also view them through Liquipedia (Qualifiers and then click on each qualifier).
 TeamLiquid StarLeague 4/Qualifiers
I think Red Bull LAN would be the most recent big event with a replay pack besides that.

Depends on the gas timing. Without knowing that, I would say 6:30 is safe versus just about everything.

Why are there so many Barcode ID's especially in GM/High Masters?
I can hardly believe it's a new fad. My best guess is that it's the easiest way to smurf because even if you pick a brand new name, eventually people will remember the name of that account, so they don't need to know who you are but just how person with "suchandsuchname" plays? Who can associate a playstyle with ||||||||| especially when there are like 20 people with that name and they are on all races..

Just be careful not to scout too early.. a couple gates and a robo doesn't tell you too much, you're going to see the same thing and be like ok who cares.. You still don't know if it's all-in or not. Knowing the main tech is good, but you still don't have the full story of what they're doing. A lot of toss openings look the same.
You just have to be completely on top of toss, always have a ling to see when they move out, and constantly scout for when third base goes up. If you can get a gas count and gateway count you can know if i'ts all-in or not.
