User was warned for this post ^^ cant believe I was warned for asking an honest question. I dont think larva injects nor warp in is op in the least bit, nor do I think that this was a bad question. mods on this site do the most...

Why does it seem like toss and zerg players get rewarded for bad macro? As a terran player, whenever i dont spend my money... i lose. I noticed that when zerg and toss players dont spend their money, they can still win as long as they just did constant injects and made gateways due to how their races work (i.e mass warp ins, larva injects). Why is is that way? It's that way because you're not punishing them for it. Gateways and injects have a fairly long cooldown, so if you play properly they won't be able to warp in enough reinforcements from the gateways they have unless you allow them to get a ridicilous amount of gateways. Upgrades are far from instant, and neither are stuff built out of robos or starports. It doesn't matter if they're bad at spending money if you're bad at exploiting that ![]()

I noticed that when zerg and toss players dont spend their money, they can still win as long as they just did constant injects and made gateways due to how their races work (i.e mass warp ins, larva injects). Why is is that way? This is something that constantly gets leveled at the race that isn't you, it's QQ in it's purest form, the only argument you could make for someone getting rewarded for having bad macro is actually when Terran has additional scans for cloaked units because they didn't call down mules, no race plays more optimally with bad macro then with good macro. With that said, unspent resources aren't the only reason you'd lose a game. maybe they made better decisions, got good engages, had a better unit composition, maybe they had more resources to begin with and though you both spent equally poorly he just had more. Spending your money is just one part, and an important part no doubt, but just a single aspect of what you need to do to win the game.

probably a different question, but is there a list of SC2 servers? All I know is: NA, EU, SEA, KR/TW. Total of 4. Am I missing something?

I lost to it because I had no idea about this timing... If you scout a siege tank at the 7 minute mark, should you just assume hes going for a really early push?

I usually build turrets when I see a medivac out of their starport, but I'm afraid I'm overreacting... Yeah, I would say you are overreacting. Making Turrets in TvT for early-mid game is only for Banshee defense, in the late - later game stages where it's a split map situation you can make a turret-line all along your side. Play accordingly, if your opponent is dropping very often then make a Sensor tower and some turrets. Sensor towers are the way to go imo. Also depends on your army composition. Bio comes naturally with Medivacs, so dropping is always a threat - scouting his army is important here to keep tabs on where it is. Also if you're playing Mech vs Bio you're more susceptible to drop antics, having the less mobile army. If that is the case, then plopping a Sensor tower or two in your base/natural and then adding turrets, and perhaps some vikings would do it.

I think you might be looking for the complicated questions, complicated answers thread. To explain: Your question is so general as to be meaningless. How many bases does the Protoss or Terran have? What have you scouted? How many bases do you have? What build are you doing? For example, if Protoss FFEs, you take a fast third in response, and Protoss goes into a fast third off of four gates and a robo, you should be worried about a 3-Colossus timing, but that timing simply doesn't exist if you went for aggression instead of taking a fast third.
