but if U steal two gas, you can asume that he will go 2 rax, so in very early game stage you can start counter it

Just choose one build per matchup and practice it to death. The 3 gate expands are probably a good place to start.

You know how you can tell when zerglings get the speed upgrade, because they get the little winged legs? Are there other examples of this, where a unit's look tells you its upgrade?

For example: Can you tell when a Colossus has the improved range by its looks? Can you tell the level of upgrades a marine has by looks, or how many units a medivac is carrying based on its looks? Or if a zealot has charge, or if a stalker has blink?

How many probes do you want to have regards to your expos?

I play in bronze and I had 52 probes and 3 bases is this decent? bad ? or normal?
Does that tactic even work outside bronze league? - ME

30 probes per base. 3 for each gas, thus 24 probes

24 is generally the best number per expo.

52/3 is A-Ok, but make sure they're evenly distributed.

For other visual upgrades,

Combat Shield - Marines carrier large shield infront of them
Weapon Refit (Yamato Cannon) - Obtains large circular cannon in front
Metabolic Boost (speedlings) - zerglings obtain wings that extend down their back
Centrifugal Hooks (Baneling speed) - banelings roll in the direction of movement
Tunnelling Claws (burrow-move) - Colored spines on the back of the roaches

OTHER VISUAL CUES:
Bunkers when unloaded - stand taller and have black-windows
Bunkers when loaded - shrink down towards the ground, and have lit windows
Neosteel Frame (bunker + CC capacity inc.) - bunkers obtain "feet" and look heftier squared
Command Center loaded - the lights on the corners rotate in an alarm fashion
Warp gates - Open up showing black vortex

I afraid you'll just have to try your best to right click the scv. And *maybe* find a better view with camera rotation? But I've never heard of people using camera rotation during games, which leads me to wonder:

Is there an applicable situation in which camera rotation can be useful ingame?

It depends how long the all-in goes on for or when it occurs, but most of the time you just want to get a lot of speedlings with a spine crawler to fall back on.
If the push comes later, then you can get banelings.

Not sure if this question belongs here, but it's a question towards the zerg.

What's the typical zerg reaction to seeing a reaper? Not just that you'd try to defend well with queens, but does seeing the reaper have any implications on what kind of build you think the terran is going for and how you'd react in terms of unit composition? (eg, in tvt a couple hellions is usually a sign of banshee followup, so I make sure to get that early viking/raven out)

And speaking of rotating cameras (above post), how do you rotate the camera? I can't find any keys for it in the game control menu.

My question is somewhat similar, as it has to do with visual cues:
In regards to Protoss.
How can you tell what unit is coming out of the enemy starport by simply looking at it?

You can see the outline of the unit making inside it if you look long enough. It's actually very obvious

you forgot hydras (hydralisk range) - they get spines on their head, you probably never noticed because there practically is no such thing as hydras without range in the metagame.

75% of buildings, 100% of units and upgrades. Pretty sure addons are buildings.
