A starport opening usually means banshees, and nothing counters banshees harder than phoenixes. Just make sure to get some kind of detection up and you'll be fine. | ||

Assuming you don't want to go for that and just want the best composition, I'd say that in general phoenixes will do better against heavy starport play and void rays better against heavy factory. | ||
