I need a new way to manage injects, atm im using backspace trick and well.. its really horrible because you need 1 queen per hatchs, always. I dont like my queens running around the map because one got sniped or something. Since i've used this trick all my queens has been on 4, hatches on 5. I tried having hatch on 5, then having queens on 6-7-8, though the 8 is far away im not sure its viable in an actual game.
I could probably get used to using my 4 key as hatcheries, but im not sure how i'd just get used to it.
So my question is, does anyone know of any good inject method that has hatchery on 5 without making it too hard, or how to make me get used to having hatches on 4?

I try use the roach/ling stephano style but I have been falling ill to immortal/sentry.
Is there any guides or anything on TL on how to play ZvP? I am currently high diamond vsing masters players and I feel like it's the one matchup holding me from getting a promotion. ZvZ and ZvT seem pretty easy to me, but ZvP I am always losing to 2 base immortal all ins or they take an expansion and just protect themselves with forcefields.
Infact, Forcefields are pretty much screwing me over.
Yes there is. Seriously invest time into searching the section and this thread, there's always belial telling people to check out his zvp guide whenever questions like these occur. Hell there's even a guide on your immortal/sentry problem on the 1st/2nd page

I have a wierd hotkey setup, but what I do is location hotkey>select queen near hatch>inject I have Create Location Hotkey as CTRL+SHIFT+ Q,W,E,R,A,S,D,F and Go to Location Hotkey as Alt+Q,W,E,R etc. and Inject as F
So it's basically when I go inject Alt+Q>inject Alt W> inject Alt E Inject.... Really useful, frees up a hotkey and i dont have to worry about separating my creep queens and inject queens too much

That does not make much sense to me :o

Sentry Immortal? Woo Hoo
ZvP as a whole? http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=320038
Generally, no reason not to go mutas in ZvP. Gateway all-ins are scoutable, easily held with roach/speedling, if they don't do gateway all-in you can even skip roaches.

Similar to the guy with the alt Q inject method, I have a location hotkey centered on each hatch (f2, f2, f4) and to inject I press f2, box queen, inject hatch, f3, box queen, inject hatch, etc. But you can also use stephanos method, and just have all queens on one hotkey, and scroll or click on the minimap to the hatches, then inject.

Thats viable? Its kinda what i do already, since i use backspace trick i have all queens on 4, and when i have more hatcheries than queens i just select them and click on the map to them or something.. never thought that was a viable option though.
Maybe i should start using F1-F4 for quicker camera and just keep on with what im doing.

Ok, so on the topic of injecting I used to do the old destiny style of injecting where you have a queen on 5-9 for injects, but I want more hotkeys. I move my hatcheries to 5, and am trying to do the box method of injecting. However, when I box a queen, press 'V', then click the hatch, it doesn't inject if I do it quickly. I am pressing V, but it doesn't inject. Should I have my queens all on one hotkey then jump to locations (6,F1 v+click, F2 v+click, etc)? Or is there a way to get the boxing method to work?

My injecting method, use it if you want Step 1 : rebind the cycle of the bases from backspace to left ALT Step 2 : hotkey all injecting queen to 6 step 3 : hit 6-v-shift (hold) and then spam alt + click centerscreen
injects pretty fast

I want to be able to use my location hotkeys then inject the hatcheries I want to. I could do this with my old setup, but it hurts me lategame not having enough hotkeys (lings, mutas, infestors, broodlords, and corruptors is a bitch to micro with only 3 hotkeys) So I want all my queens on one hotkey, and to jump around to the hatch I want to inject larvae. Your way works, but I'm looking for something different. I just run into problems where my button presses don't register, perhaps it's just lag in certain games.

What's the best way to deal with Terran mech? Specifically, a Banshee/Raven/Thor/Hellion composition?

I'm having trouble with early Zealot pushes. A lot of Protoss seem to push around 8 min with 6 or 7 zealots and I cant get enough roaches out in time to defend it. Do I need more queens, spines, or just pump more roaches?

You should sacrifice an overlord between 6:15-6:30 so that you can see his gateway timings. If you see gateways morphing, get your roach warren, make sure you don't supply block yourself and make some roaches when it finishes.
You should easily be able to deal with 6 or so zealots with roaches you just need to get them out earlier.

Do you have inject as default? If so, that method sounds extremely painful

That is a hell of a gaz heavy composition, and requires a lot of production facilities... Replay could help me a ton with that one...

Make sure you build your roaches AT Your 3rd. if you build them from any old larva they will take longer to rally and come in small numbers. You want to build a bunch at the same time at your 3rd base, and then you have enough to fight the zealots without getting overwhelmed.

how do you beat terran air as zerg consisting of ravens, vikings, bio force, as well as a couple thors?
http://day9.tv/d/Day9/nestea-z-vs-kas-t-iem-gamescom-day-2-group-b/
this game what could have nestea done? even if he tech switched into ultras, that would be a stupid choice considering he had all the tools he needed such as maraders and thors to counter.
how can zerg counter this, especially after patch soon to come which buffs ravens and nerfs zerg creep spread to make things worse?

What is the optimal way to deal with a Protoss who goes for a FFE into 2 gateways and does zealot pressure? Whenever i see this kind of play i always over (or under) commit and have either wayyyy to few drones to deal with the second attack, or just flat out lose the third base =//

So it's basically when I go inject Alt+Q>inject Alt W> inject Alt E Inject....
I didnt understand what that ment, but im pretty sure i do now.

Honestly, infestor broodlord with better micro than the opponent. Fungal locks down ravens, corruptors absorb a ton of viking fire, thors are pretty useless except for their splash. If it's 0/0 vs 0/0, corruptors only take 2 (lol oh no) damage per attack. They are OK at denying infestors, but tanks work way better.
http://drop.sc/239891
Here's a replay where I lost a fuckton of drones to hellions, and that's the only reason I lost. Engagements were pretty good except for losing the infestors. I thought his army was way bigger, with a flock of vikings.
Actually, here's some good stuff to note:
When engaging, split EVERYTHING. Your army is unbeatable (unlike in ZvP, where an even fight you'll lose if you split), so there's no reason a seeker missile should hit more than one unit. I think in the first engagement, his ravens caught me by surprise, so I lost a TON of units to it. Afterwords I split my units, focused a few ravens down, fungalled vikings, and lost because I had to make 215+ drones and never had more than 60 alive at a time.
If he has tanks, try to lure him away from them. If his thors are in range of the tanks but your infestors aren't, GO FOR IT. The splash will mash all the thors into oblivion, and then it's corruptors vs vikings and broodlords vs tanks.
Tl;dr -Split units -Spines (LOTS) to kill hellions super fast -Infestor/corruptor/broodlord works fine
