Spaceship Interior (Terran) Unnamed Dark Jungleworld (Jungle) Kaldir (Ice world) Underground Char (Infested Cave) Spaceship Interior (Protoss) The last three screenshots from the original post seem to be from WoL textures, or a mix of them (the volcanic activity on the green world seems like a bel'shir + redstone mix). Let me know what you think of the names; of course the grim looking dark jungle world is a planet from the zerg campaign they did not yet reveal the name of. | ||

Imagine a moving platform on a map to connect two bases. Like a horizontal elevator kinda thing. You can get some units on it, and float to another place/base. But if you want to reinforce, you have to wait for the platform to come back to you base, where you can put some more units on it and fly to the front :D That would be cool! | ||

In the first one, the gold looks too easy to hold for a terran player, and a third looks difficult for a zerg. This map doesn't look horrible, but not great in any way. The second one looks very awkward for toss/terran because of very small mains and weird ramps to the natural. And they had better not allow close positions. Otherwise it's OK, but like metalopolis it's very easy for a zerg to get up to 5 bases fast. Here a zerg can even get to 6 pretty easily if they have map control. The last seems to have a pretty large positional imbalance. Otherwise it's kinda cool I guess... | ||

We have however not been cheated for a tileset in WoL. We have access to all the textures and cliffs used in the campaign and look at the cliffs: + Show Spoiler + | ||
