Please use another name because belshir beach is already known in tournaments and it's not a beach anymore, you know

When air flies over the areas you lowered the amount that kinda much - their movement might look pretty dumb.

Nice remake! I'm concerned that the third is too hard to take for Protoss right now though. I think just choking it slightly would really help Zerg.

Also a small bridge through the middle would really help map flow and harassment in my opinion, and it would reduce the base races (because of split pathing).

I dislike the location of the expansion against the main, because it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I can't imagine it ever really being taken instead of the third in the corner since it is much more open and close to the opponent's natural. Once each player has five bases though, it is practically impossible to take since it is so close to the opponent's base.

I might actually redesign the side expansions so there are only 10 expos on the map. Maybe a gold expansion to encourage splitting the map in different directions?

On low graphics (like many pros use) you can't see through the water so you can't see the edge of creep, etc. It's pretty but isn't very playable all in all.

I wish Blizz put more of your maps on ladder. I hate Ladder maps T_T.

I don't like monitor's suggestion with repositioning the bases. It reminds me of my map, TPW Ohana where there is a base near the main, but it is in such a position that neither player is more prone to taking that base. It becomes a "nobody wants that" type of a base. I would leave the middle bases the same.

Yeah I totally second this! I really wish blizzard would take active roles in teaming up with a professional mapping team like Crux, TPW, Iccup, etc.

As for the map, I really like how winter maps look, and it will be neat to see this showcased in an upcoming GSL. Goodjob!

There are already 2 bases that are "nobody wants that" on this map, even without my change. I think these golds are more viable for both players, but you are right that they could be just as bad as before. I'm sure the expansions will play out fine, but I dislike the one against the main since it isn't very viable as a 3rd or 6th.

Instead of having solid ground, why not change the shallow water from the original into FROZEN shallow water?
