Thank FTR, I was thinking of placing XNT's on it but I don't find a good position for them, all of the logical positions reveal too much attack paths. U got any ideas?

I know the middle expansion is a BW thing, and maybe it's just cause I love BW so much but I really want to see those sort of stuff in SC2

Updated for the TL Map Contest.

changes:
- Main and natural are sized down a little bit.
- Changed some of the mineral lay-outs for better balance.
- Removed all custom objects and replaced them with default objects.
- Added Xel'Naga Watchtowers.

Love the looks of this map. Personally I don't think the gold should have any walls around it tho.

Love the feeling of the ultimate prize in the middle, and the rocks delaying it it from being abused, but with the walls around it once you have it it's GG. If it can be swarmed from all sides on the other-hand that's SUPER baller.

i think people will take their 4th as their third base, and possible the third as their fourth.

the fourth is closer to the natural and the main ramp. maybe toss will take the third as their third b/c they can blink up to the main when air harass comes, but i think most people will feel safer taking the fourth next to the natural as their third.

AHHH the destructible battlecruiser wreckage was SO COOL. You have to put that back in if this gets selected! xD

This map is kind of like a version of Tal'Darim with hallways instead of open areas of Nebraska proportions, wouldn't mind some games on it.

Thinking the same things, this map looks really good. I like the fact that you can expand in any direction you choose for rotational symmetry. Desert Tilest is my favorite too since it contrasts with creep the best. Wish we had more desert maps for ladder.

(Namechange because Crash Landing was taken on both servers by another map and with the crashed battlecruiser in the middle gone, the name didn't make much sense anymore. Hopefully Barrin can update the thread title soon.)
