When I create a second command card for the larva unit, I am unable to create multiple units off of the second command card without it switching back to the original command card.
Example: If I have two pages of units that can be built from a pool of larva, and I want to build multiple units from the second page (or the second command card), when I build one it automatically returns me to the first card, preventing me from quickly selecting units (either through holding or spam clicking).
This is a problem for my custom map because when you get upwards of 10 larva it's really difficult to build units quickly from the second page/command card. Is there any way I can fix this? I'm open to any workaround or other type of creativity, so if there is a less obvious solution I'm open to it as well. Thanks!

If I were you, I'd 'paint' the grid with decals. Snap to grid and copypasting and you are done in 10 minutes tops. This way you can allways adjust the way it looks, without being stuck with some fixed grid.
Im not sure if you can just take the editor grid ingame like u want except for painting it...
About 50% of the time I close and reopen the map it'll turn to this... + Show Spoiler +
It's the only doodad I've noticed that will change color if I reopen my map. Anyone know if that's just an glitch in the sc2 editor and it won't show up in game or know why the hell it keeps doing that lol.
ps. it's not a problem to fix, just annoying that half the time I open my map it's fine and the other half it's a black color. -_-
It still occurs in the actual game? I thought this was only a bug inside the editor :/

Nah, haven't noticed it happen in game yet, so honestly it really doesn't matter. Still makes me rage every time I open my map because it looks so bad!
I want to be able to scroll-zoom in much farther than default. How do I set the minimum/maximum distance for when I scroll with the mouse wheel? I've tried changing the camera min/max distance attributes, but to no avail. It seems by default you can ONLY use the mouse wheel within a default range. Any help?

You need to be using one of the cliff sets from a "space" map such as Braxis Alpha, Avernus, Ulnar, etc.
You can implement the cliff sets by going to Map > Map Textures > Modify and finding "Cliffs" - you can have up to 4 types of cliff in a map, so you can add 2 more quite easily.
Note though that you will just have empty black space unless you use a skybox (background stars, planets etc), which you can implement in the same way, a better idea might just be to start with a space map, and modify in the other textures that you want to use.
Im having trouble viewing my fog in-editor and in game. ive tried changing basic tilesets, toggling the "v" key, upping the fog up to a trillion but still there is no fog. is there anything i can do!?

Theres literally no fog in any mode/variation. everything seems to check out ok, (the numbers for the fog are arbitrary as i was just trying to see it happen.) ineditor shot (no fog) maybe im not thinking right today... but if i load another map, blizz or mine fog shows up just fine.
Hey guys, do you think it is a good idea to make a custom game of practicing control?
I think it'll be a lot of fun if there is a map that enables you to practice your forcefields, banelings dodges, marine marauder control against high templars, banshee hit-and-runs, etc...
