Please complain more. Not every series can have super mega awesome battlecruiser vortexes. I'm sorry the PvP finals completely ruined the entire GSL season for you. Maybe you should learn to relax and try to enjoy something instead of complaining about everything you see. It's hard to recognize the brilliance of Seed's PvP play in 5 short games if you don't play the race, which you obviously don't.
oh please explain me that very brilliance you're refering to, gotta admit i've missed it.
the whole season was bad overall, specially compared to the last one.
yeah,, Seed simply win 3 games out of Build order win,, but don't forget that the first game is because he scouted that MC went for double gas,, and he tricked MC and thus gets the win,,, and the last game was all about positioning,,, Seed pulled one or two Colossus of MC out of position by sending Zealots to the Natural of MC !!
And Seed was ahead in upgrades,, he has 2 attack upgrades when MC only had +1 when the engagement happened !
But MC is not playing like he used to be,, MC is like DRG when DRG was fighting MC in the Semifinal (Oh the Irony)
ya after watchin this pvp ehhh really is a bad coin flip match up. just felt like i was watchin an epic rock paper sissor games like really all the builds seed did were plat/mid dia skill LV

Game 1, Seed sees MC's fast second gas, shows MC his own second gas, but cancels it and disguises his build. Outsmarts MC and nabs the win.
Game 2, with Seed getting his gas taken, he makes a very good read that MC is again going for a greedy tech build, and punishes him by hitting with a build that doesn't require second gas. Proxy warp prism 4 gate is the best response to getting gast stolen because it hits quickly, but it circumvents the forcefields your opponent should have.
Game 3, I don't know how much of that was Seed as much as it was MC 1 gate expoing from a gas steal. 1 gate expanding is certain death in PvP
Game 4, again a key Seed blunder in not checking his main for probes and proxies.
Game 5, Seed opened blink obs on CK, which is the best opening for that map by far. Seed secured an economic and army advantage, and then set up a brilliant engagement at MC's third, using zealots to pull part of MC's force away, and setting up a superior concave, and using MC's own nexus as a colossus forcefield.
Seed outplayed and outwitted MC in every game except number 4, and that's what PvP is all about. It's less about flashy macro and strong, standard play, and more about outthinking your opponent and fooling them. That's why Seed won. Not because he just some cheesy scrub, not because PvP is stupid, but because he outsmarted and outwitted MC. Congrats to the new Protoss President!

Your post is so full of bs it's hard to take you seriously. :/
Dunno why people are hatin' on Seed. It's just a pathetic matchup, nothing he can do about it. It's painfully obvious that allins are WAY stronger than any expo builds and frankly I'm glad he displayed it to all the naive PvP-fans.
They should just remove warpgates already and buff gate units, which will turn P into a real race. But I guess that'll never happen.

Nice analysis!
I didn't think that was a bad final, just one sided because Seed outsmarted an over greedy MC. And the season was quite awesome I thought, taeja/naniwa fighting! A bit sad for the zergs tho, I would I loved to see Symbol in Finale. But great season overall
A rousing epitomization of the design that is SC2. Yes indeed, TPTB delivered terrible, terrible damage and also by sleight of hand terrible, terrible MUs.
