when I was choosing what part of the readership to please, I specifically chose NOT to please you
I just don't understand what's with Bomber. He's such a strong player, but seems to be in a huge slump. I expect him to be a regular Code S semifinalist at least, but he keeps getting knocked out so early >_<

Please. Everyone and their mothers knew Idra and Sen were going to get smashed. I knew Leenock wasn't going to make it because he was last season's runner up. So I'll give you Bomber, who I also voted for ^^

After Nestea scraping out a win against Idra at MLG I don't think it's unthinkable for Idra to pull out wins in his ZvZs. But apparently Nestea decided to stop being mortal so Idra was out of luck.

Yes his playstyle is cool and was ground-breaking when he was an upcoming player, but his results just aren't enough for him to be considered very good, let alone one of the top terrans in the world. I'm really glad Oz and Curious got through, I hope they do well in the rest of the tournament.
Bomber definitely wasn't overhyped. He smashed everyone in his first Code A and outplayed MVP in a TvT best of 7 before going off the Raleigh, NC and winning an MLG. He had the results back then he's just never push on from there. Even now though he's still an insanely good player, he would dominate foreign tournaments like there's no tomorrow but it's tough at the top of Code S. So many good players (and Inca) so it's easy to lose one series and you're out.

Not that hard. Plus it eliminates clutter when you are finished reading the segment.
Am I the only one who is dissapointed with waxangel? These writeups should be renamed "waxangel trolls Gsl: part x". He never speaks positively about any games (every "rating" has been under 3) and for most games its a 2 sentence summary trolling the losers, followed by a huge rant of how someone who should be good sucks to him. These writeups are dissapointing, discouraging, and hardly worth reading. Leave your crybaby opinions out plz waxangel, I'm sure your just doing it to take the light off of you not being able to predict a group right.

You sound like an Oz fan! Why so grumpy, your player won :O

Every single time, one prediction right, one prediction wrong.
Every. Single. Time.
Well its 50% chance to suceed with that for every group, even if you are just gessing. If you know a little about the players, chances should be even higher.
I'm really sad to see Bomber fall so far, even though I predicted he would fall this week. I think Bomber needs a better coach... he macros and micros like a boss but sometimes he makes some really chobo mistakes. For example, not scouting against Inca, a midgame push would've crushed Inca both games. It's frustrating. I think he has the talent to be a GSL champion someday, but he needs to stop making game-losing critical mistakes. Mistakes that seem way below his skill level.
He's like the anti-Inca. Inca was an all-around bad player who seemed to always win somehow. Bomber is an all-around great player who always seems to find a way to lose.
