Here's the thing. People have made it clear you have trouble lying. I am making my best effort personally to flesh out the questions explicitly as I can as possible so I can get past the part where I know you cannot articulate yourself well. So the issue is that you are not particularly answering directly or not even asking me to clarify.
I am trying to work with you here based on all I know about you. But I'll be frank, you aren't making it easier, and I would expect some sort of pushback from you if you thought my questions were unclear (either alignment) or loaded (i.e. mafia motivated) or "out to get you" (like you pinged me out correctly in Newbie LX when I was mafia, and I used lynch all liars to get you mislynched) and so far I'm not seeing any of those responses.
The other points against you now are VCA and NK wifom, though the latter is weaker, it's not helping you at all.
I got a wall of text post coming up about my posts about Damdred but I going to say this before making that wall of text post about my position on Damdred over the game: I thought I had read some of the questions right the first I taking a Reading Class atm to work on my reading but then I saw post by rels where said I didn't answer the question and realized I misread it so I answered it when I quoted Rels. I only pinged you out in Newbie LX was because I knew and you knew that I wasn't capable of making a lot of posts as mafia at the time and you were misrepresenting me hard there when I got lynched in that game as VT.

I am taking three things into account.

Damdred came in and made this big claim that he's a strong town player who lives really long and should get the grail. He then proceeds to make a weak post saying he's ok with a deadline lynch on ls for no real reason and fricks the heck off.
My impression of damdred this game is that he wanted to enter the game as a strong player, got overshadowed by rayn and wasn't up to trying any harder.

Ugh I had Damdred as scum and I still think he's scum honestly. I finding the Geript kill weird because he not exactly a good player compared to Rayn. Even with the Holy Grail I thought they would kill off Rayn but they didn't.
Just me responding to Vivax about my scumreads that are alive(Damdred). So TLDR version of this: I had thought Damdred was scum for most of the game and made a good amount of posts about him.

I think rayn is still town, I think LS is scummy still. Damdred, not as scummy without the vote switch idea. I still don't like his D1, even though he started to come back near the end.

I actually looked into the database after i had played a LoL game and you only got 1 scum game like you said and I had did a quick check on your other games and first note it seems like you're postier as scum in terms of posts per phase but I should check the content of those posts in a little bit to see what actually would make you mafia in that game over your town games. Also since I know a good amount of you guys play Dota 2 is better here is a nice little message from me about playing LoL instead of Dota 2:
Damdred is the only person who hasn't posted since this phase started, which makes me wonder if he's waiting to see if anyone claims a check on him.
Assuming all 3 dead thus far are town then that's a 3/10 chance the Inq is dead or about a 70% chance that he is still alive with a green check on Damdred. Give or take some certainty if the Inq is like minded to myself or Fidei and holding a redcheck.
So ~70% chance Damdred is town despite him being one of the more scum read people this game. Is that enough to consider him confirmed town like rayn suggests?
I'd kinda like to hear Damdred's opinions on the game before fleshing out my own thoughts on him more... I think at best I can consider him null right now.

first off, it will prevent a mylo scenario which is awkward 8v2 lynch 7v2 nightkill 6v2 lynch 5v2 nightkill4v2 (mylo) but if you do your scenario 8v2 lynch 7v2 soup 5v2 lynch 4v2 nightkill 3v2 (cleaner... better odds of lynching mafia in lylo ass opposed to mylo)
TL;DR with 2 or 3 left we are in an awkward scenario where it will end up in mylo instead of lylo which are better odds for mafia.

In your 2nd list you have town mislynching, followed by a soup kill which makes no sense. Only way we get a 2nd claim today is if Inq claims a redcheck which would mean: 8v2 lynch 8v1 soup 6v1 mislynch 5v1 nightkill 4v1 ml 3v1 nk 2v1 LyLo

It probably should have been claimed already, but if you listened to my lat post about this and held off claiming a redcheck now is the time. Otherwise assuming Damdred is town seems fairly reasonable.
