when the decision went down I was really confused, as someone who wants to understand a little more about hosting in general, I picked HTS' brain in the postgame as to why she made the decision she did - she said part of the reason she didn't want to RNG the NK when she discussed it with whoever she consulted was because of the host interference. She said that people would assume scum NKed someone when they really didn't thus creating misleading information for the town. And it wasn't at the time, fully clear in her OP, granted that's her fault and she's learnt from that.

I know she's re-examined what she'll do in the future if she runs another game where mafia have to shoot, that said, IDK on the ban. I read the mafia qt and if I had to put myself in the shoes of one of the mafia, I'd be annoyed there was no communication or at least a change in strategy for Moosy or whoever agrees to go late-game and try and carry for scum. Now I know that's not a bannable offence, but posting during the night AND not submitting an action? That's negligent at best. I could understand if he'd afked for more than say 36 hours, but if I were a scummer, I'd feel that I might have just wasted my time if I was trying to advise someone to play after my death and then they just fucked off. IDK, just my opinion.

Okay, but that’s just assuming I fucked off without a second thought. I will PM you about this because I don’t care to share publicly, but I still do realize it’s my fault for not PM’ing HtS about my situation and asking to concede or finding a different resolution which is why I feel a ban was justified.

Requesting a two game ban for Breshke for Failure to vote final day as the only blue vet (never claiming either) and for a general activity being baically 0 for the last few phases without explanation to any of the hosts.

Is there any reason the ban for Breshke shouldn't be just a standard 1-game inactivity ban? Whether or not he was Blue or a Veteran, we usually do 1 game for inactivity, and Breshke doesn't have any warnings or previous bans sat out in the past 6 months.

Maybe two games is a bit harsh, but he broke the activity requirement and the voting requirement. This caused a guaranteed loss by the town.

So I would downgrade it to 1 with more thinking

Double Blind Secret Mafia has ended in a third party victory.

I would like to request a four game ban for marvellosity. As town whore he failed to use his role at all and did not post indecent pictures of himself at all. He actively played against his secret win condition.

Alakaslam also didn't post in the thread or disturb the game despite not even playing. I'd like to request a warning for failing to promote chaos.

I'd like to request a stern warning with moderate prejudice for Damdred because he failed to write his posts in any sort of Southern drawl.

Also, Coagulation sat out this game so you should increase his number of bans so he can't play a games here for a while.

I would like to point out that Marv isn't denying the truthiness of the accusation but instead mudslinging in a way to wriggle his ass out of a ban. Increase to 5 games plx.

This would also be true if he were modkilled D1 or something though. It doesn't sound like he did anything worse than any other inactive player. I'm going to stick to standard inactivity guidelines, so:

1 game ban for Breshke is approved
Warning for Scott is approved

I don't like the ban of Breshke

He played for several days and by no means guaranteed town's loss. The loss was on me and Tumblewood, Breshke gave more than enough activity (and play quality) to work with.

Then again, there's a very good reason that I'm not in charge of the ban list, but yeah, that's all.

The issue at stake isn't whether or not Breshke lost the game singlehandedly. If he broke the activity requirement by not posting and failing to vote and was modkilled for that, he gets the standard ban. If this caused town to lose the game, he doesn't get "extra" bans, Damdred. And Trfel, by the same token, he may not have singlehandedly lost the game, but if he did not vote and participate and was modkilled for that, he gets a standard inactivity ban.

If he was active and voted should not have been modkilled, or if there were extenuating circumstances, please let me know.
