I don't know the number of mafia in this game, so if there are more than I expect then this plan will backfire quite badly, but if its around 6 like I'm expecting and all town follows the plan I don't see much going wrong.
If we follow LSB's plan, well he's going to have to back it up because I don't like the risks it takes. What happens if you have 1 or more mafia in the SFIZ? What happens if you're mafia? What happens to the rest of us, should we all make alliances? if we follow yours mafia can probably night kill and attack us all seperately, possibly increasing KP. In retrospect, this seems like a bad idea. Because they can probably double team. Yes they can stack attacks and take maybe three of us down but then we instantly know who's mafia. Then we can pretty much quadruple team them

Also WHY WOULD SOMEONE (*coughACEcough*) advocate anarchy and chaos? Perhaps they're communist? or even MAFIA?!
Or maybe they're bored as shit and is just asking to die. Who knows.

Or he wants to play this game as a Risk-esque type game and not just sit around, which is what I want. I don't want to just put my trust in everyone and hope I don't get attacked. I don't want to hurt any townies in the process, but I won't let the mafia just expand and gain power.

You know I think since obviously we can't possibly agree on a general policy because nobody wants to win that badly, I'll just make it my personal policy to attack the aggressors. If I happen to die Night 1 so be it.
If you can figure out which nation I am Night 2 based on that, good for you.

So are we advocating merc sessions of chaos now? Arghh...I'm kind of scared. Lol. Anyway...
I don't like Ace advocating Chaos, and he has my FoS. I was going to instantly vote him when I saw that. And Caller, I know you enjoy the chaos of us being confused (yes, I do too), but can you please clarify when the game begins/began, and when the day ends? Or if they games really began. Seeing as we don't have a completely updated map yet I'm not sure.
Hurry up lazy bones, PM your damn country names to Caller.

I'm kind of liking this idea, even though I feel it would ruin the point of the game. Check how Ace acted in RAM2, vs now.
Ace being down for chaos is crazy.

+ Show Spoiler [map] + So I urge everyone to think long and hard what their night actions will be. You can follow my plan, but there is very little guarantee that you'll survive the night because greedy neighbors (of both town and mafia, or perhaps only mafia) will be looking to gain land.
Town will obviously want as few borders as possible, so they have a higher chance of survival.
Mafia, on the other hand, may benefit from more borders, as this allows them to stack hits on more targets. At the same time they may opt for fewer borders to stay alive as well.
Now, looking at the example map, let's say we're province 1 and we're town. Assuming we have no special powers, we appear to be relatively safe, yes? After all we have only 3 borders.
What should our night action be? Well we could just defend and see how Night 1 plays out and go from there. Or we could attack province 2 and gain an additional province while minimizing borders.
...That's the wrong way of thinking. That's looking only at yourself and not at the big picture. What is province 2 thinking? They're in the exact same position as you.
ASSUMING NEIGHBORS ARE ALL TOWN
Province 4 will want to attack 8, because that's an additional province with no additional borders. But to avoid conflict with 9, 4 might just attack 1 instead, since it mantains the amount of borders.
Province 3 has FIVE borders. It is definitely looking to take 1 or 2 because it won't gain any additional borders.
Province 5 is in the same position as 4, except below it is 12, which is not a good choice for a townie to attack (unless we already confirmed all townies). 5 is very likely to attack 2.
Sure looking at the first 5 provinces we might assume that 1 and 2 are the safest, but in reality their safety makes them very dangerous to hold.

Sorry for being late for party. Kinda busy today :/
I think we should attack and grab some of the unoccupied lands first, if possible. Well, this isn't BW and we are not Flash so Turtling (lol, sorry kinda amuse with this role from the Insane game ) would not make any progress here. At least, if possible, people should try to expand first without attacking someone else.
For voting, I will reserve it for later. I think we still have some time before the vote count, don't we?

Pandain was used to these kinds of things. Barbarians overthrowing the peace and order he had tried to instill. They came, from time to time, never taking more than a few villages, and then the Force of The Mighty Panda came in and always took care of them.
But this..., Pandain murmered to himself. This was different. Ever since those 5 men came there had been chaos. Utter turmoil. Kingdoms allied with other kingdoms with the threat of traitors within our midst. People spoke of constant agression as the way, claiming only the strong will survive.
But Pandain, Pandain thought to himself. What if everyone would defend? Except for neutral countries of course, as those are made up of the swiss, and who cares about them? Then, if any country DID get taken over, we would immediately know the general vicinity of the mafia.
Peace was the way, that was what he was always taught. So Pandain went out, urging everyone to follow the Way of the Panada.

If thou plan is for everyone to reign in their pandas and defend unless theres a neutral country than aye, my friend.

Also Pandain wished for people to unvote his Panda Bear friend Ace, because right now he was going to be lynched and Pandain thought that would be very very unwise considering the potential of Ace.

What is this shit.
I'm a fan of the "lets not kill each other off day 1" plan.

Grats on reaver. We're voting people so people start to talk. Sadly, this is like the only way to make people talk. Vote inactives, pressure them. If they talk, than don't.
Why?
-Encourages people to talk -Can still make sure we don't just vote on those who will be modkilled -If we don't, than day 2 will come and we'll have like no information to analyze -CAN provide clues into alignment.

Why the hell are we voting Ace this early? This is fucking stupid.

im updating the final countrys in about 3-4 hours

Oh would you look at the time, day ended and nobody has a majority.
Night

As the first session of Lords drew to a close, various persons went to their respective provinces, contemplating on how to handle the bombshell that was dropped. People were seeking to unite Liquidia? Preposterous! They would steal their own hard-worked for/hard-inherited land!
They need to contemplate how to go about stopping this blasphemy. Some would seek to gather together. Others would choose to become unattractive targets, so as to be spared from the onslaught. Yet even more would seek to protect themselves by becoming as strong as possible.
One thing was for sure. In this jidai period of chaos, nobody would know what would happen, or even if the rules and order themselves would break down. The only thing that was left was a fight for survival.

I can't see the second map you updated (shows up as 'image' for some reason). Also cannot really understand the point of war advocates at all, since if everyone notices and agrees that randomly attacking someone is bad most of their concerns will be alleviated. It's like Kingmaker mafia all over agan -_-
I just want to point out if we are going to go with non-aggressive pact method it should be our priority to take care of the missionary over all.
