I had to modkill them to set precedent, but I really think they just made an honest mistake, because it is both of their first game. So I'd advocate leniency for them, but I'll leave it up to you.
Finally, XeliN. He showed up about 10 minutes after the deadline. Since I didn't have enough replacements, I let him live, but he should probably get probation for this.
That said, I leave it up to you :D
Okay I recorded these recommendations and sent out warning PMs. If anyone has a problem with them, post it here. XeliN in particular should be careful. You already have a previous ban and now a warning - you are looking at a 4 game ban if modkilled.

Folca sent the list of his mafia family in AMW to the other family (and possibly Caller - Pardoner and figurehead for the town blue circle - as well? not 100% clear on this) because he "got bored." Obviously, this ended the game prematurely.

This incident was so bad there is a rule in OPs specifically devoted to it.
When we made the ban list, he was added immediately on an indefinite basis.
Late July, Folca PMed me about getting removed from the ban list:

What he did back then was bad, very bad. However, it's been 2 years. We have all done dumb stuff when we were younger, and he has had time to grow up and mature.

I am for letting him play again, but only on the conditions that you provided. It has basically been 2 years, and people should get a second chance. Any screwups though and hes gone.

I wasn't part of this game, but I did read it and hear about the backlash from Folca's action. I also agree with this recommendation. Folca has had a lot of time to learn to do better, so I'm all for giving him a second chance. But I also agree that he should be on a short leash, because that was one of the most childish things I've seen anyone do in a Mafia game. They didn't have this nifty quantified punishment system back then, but treating him as having transgressed badly in the past but still being able to play seems pretty fair to me.

I fucked up my first mafia game too. Not to the extent he did, but I did screw with the balance. Incog wanted me 3-game banned for that, lol.
I'm for letting him play on a (very) short leash. I would totally understand if Ace chose to ban him from all Ace games though.

most "spam" posts are relevant only in the context of the game itself and totally off topic discussion can go in general/blog. i don't see the point but a general mafia metadiscussion thread might be somewhat useful
