Febiven was good at summer/worlds but it is easier to be when you had Huni and reignover with tons of pressure. Also even at worlds I heavily criticized Febivens teamfighting, especially in the loss vs KOO, he didn't do anything while they were ahead and got deleted doing no dmg in the final teamfights of those games. People still argued he was the best performing mid at worlds, part of why people are turning on him now.
