I assume they wanted him to be able to shred vs tanks, but Cleaver fits poorly on him and just giving him generic shred would be too strong. So he pierces armor on one ability. It'd be totally fine if barrels in the hands of a highly skilled player weren't guaranteed. They're supposed to be inconsistently rewarding. | ||
