Yea he is building tank. I think he did counter it but I am not sure that it's been successful. Kassadin has more CS than he does and I don't see him winning lategame.

On the other hand, right now, nautilus is so strong against Kassadin they can't do much.

Edit2: seeing the high MR on the other team should have made mystic go BT first. Because lots of MR means he will be targeted first and he needs to not die and continue fighting more than he does need to do a lot of dps (after all they have no armor). WE could have turned this if they had realized that graves can't die

It's interwsting that QC is letting the jungle be the AP carry and running three tanks in the lanes (support/top/mid)

Edit: this also means that naut has been played in all lanes except as an ADC this split.

I'm curious to see the pick order for that match - unless it was a Kass counterpick, I'm guessing they picked up Naut & Mao early, and baited Graves so they could then grab Braum as a counter?

And yeah, love Naut's flexibility - quite majestic to see him bobbling around midlane getting all the farm

Wow are they wrong. There is no viktor/Vayne synergy. No vayne/braum synergy. Janna/Kog counters your bot lane team fight structure. Ori counters your mid lane team fight structure. Invictus relies on gragas getting good ults or they lose the game. Maybe they can out skirmish but rng got the better pick/ban

That was posted at the start of the game. IG is roaming a lot better than RNG and its given them a big lead. RNG should still have the late-game of they can stall it.

Edit: nah IG was always one step ahead of RNG and so they never got a chance to get online. It's been crushing.

Vayne is good because she eats through Mao like paper. Also her team fighting around stuff like dragon and baron is so much better than Kog because she can kite endlessly, doesn't need to use her steroid to kill it faster (if Kog uses W to kill dragon then it goes on CD) and is a good clean up champion. A lone Vayne tends to be more threatening than a lone Kog because of her dueling potential.

Really like Time, is Kid benched or something else with him? I've always enjoyed watching Kid, he often goes unmentioned but he's practically synonymous with iG for me.

This match is more or less the decider for RNG, if they can't make this 1-1 it's no playoffs for them

The RNG playoffs dream remains alive but with only a 1-1 they must 2-0 Vici next week and M3 must be 2-0d by EDG.

Somehow HYG has given 2144D a composition of Ryze/Gragas/AP Ez/Kalista/Thresh in exchange for Hecarim and Lulu. Not sure how this happened.

I normally despise the idea of losing in the P/B but if there's losing in the P/B it's that, it speaks to huya's bigget problem that they lack serious carry threat outside of XQ (Who is to be fair, a really big carry threat) but they hamstring their drafts because they have to accomodate him and enable him to carry. That being said if you're dependent on your ADC why would you give them kalista/thresh which basically means you won't have an ADC if a 2v2 happens. HYG played really well to try to overcome that disgusting 2144D composition but AP Ez with five dragons is too toxic.

Good early game eve play transitions smoothly into some great teamfighting on gnar from 17 to secure the second game for Hyper Youth Gaming, it all comes down to one final map between HYG and 2144D for the final direct seed for LPL Spring 2016

Hyper Youth Gaming takes the third and final game against 2144D securing their place in the LPL for next split, I look forward to their games against LGD :>
