Shyv isn't much of an engager. She's more a secondary form of engage or re-positioning. Ori isn't engage either unless something goes horribly wrong. Lee can do insec but that's about his only form of engage. Annie/Rek + Heca is a lot harder engage. Heca isn't great primary engage either but they have the Annie/Rek for that.

personally I've always liked the bt build although botrk is probably better. Bt+Q max is super fun to play though and the lifesteal is significantly better.

it is the worst out of the ie/bt/bork starts.They have 2 cinderhulk users you can't go for bt first.He just will not have any dmg to be relevant.The whole point of vayne is to buy 2 items and get a good fight and kill everyone.
