Sivir competes with Lucian and unless he gets to the point where he can shred half a tank's HP with his ult, hers will always make her better (also W). Ahri won't 100-0 people anymore but she still has damage that rivals Orianna's and better pick potential. Gragas also tanks better than Sejuani, has more cc on a slower cd once their ults are burnt, and he has his own %HP damage. There's only Maokai who outscales Rumble, and even then, in combination with Ahri a good Equalizer should still mean a dead squishy (Ori or Lucian, and UoL's comp is low on damage). UoL also lack waveclear outside of Orianna.
