it sounds like you're making an argument because our conversation is going like this
me: sk was considered the favorites for a majority of the season
you: well, they were one dimensional and it was about time they were gonna exposed etc etc
me: but thats not my point, I'm just saying that they were the favorites
you: but you see, it was clear that they were one dimensional and bo1s don't reflect a team's ability in a bo5
me: yeah but again thats not my point, I was just commenting on how sad it is that the clear favorites during the regular season is now a measly 4th
you: -repeats same thing-
it has nothing to do with the comment I made in the first place.

Only thing I'm trying to say is that their one dimensionality really wasn't hard to see that it was going to be the thing shooting SK in the foot, especially during bo3/5s.
If your team needs to be top in the world or even the region you need a playbook, you need to have different styles, you need to be able to think on the fly and work dynamically during picks & bans. If you have one type of comp lined up or one type of style, you can't be flustered if the other team contests one of your preferred picks.
And we're not arguing, we're having a conversation :>

How does my comment about them being one dimensional not imply that they would get exposed in a series?
Why is TSM good? Because they adapt.
Why does SK suck? Because more of the same.
