Viktor tends to struggle against tanky opponents because he's frail but has to expose himself to trade, and Diana won't let him poke her. Add to this that he's unlikely to kill her even when committing his ult if he can't wear her down first, and the low cd on Diana's ult. When Viktor's is down, she has a lot of control on the lane. Because he can now build Morello's and get CDR (CDR items didn't play out his different power spikes properly pre-rework), and his ult gets reduced cd at later levels that part is probably better than before. But I still think Diana has the advantage if she can make it a brawling lane instead of getting poked for free. | ||
