I can't remember if they were two different teams or just the players moved over. Solo was one of the best aimers in the world at one point it's just as a team they were always strategically inferior to Europeans. But yea I doubt we'll ever see Koreans in CS.

BR was pretty prominent for a while too. On March 13 2015 22:34 Numy wrote: There was eStro and Wemade.Fox. I can't remember if they were two different teams or just the players moved over. They were fucking fun to watch.

Korea just doesn't play CS in general, they have their own Crossfires and no CS:GO in internet cafes. Okay, SwordArt with disengage, okay pick/ban phase, just don't fall fucking behind in lanes, thanks, YoeFW. LMS HYPE

It's just LoL crowd is super delusional partly due to all the isolation Riot has done. Its different for CSGO since there are only EU teams. Dota2 is also weird because of how TI overshadows everything.

I think Thorin said they had to play 3v2 scrims against each other because no one else in the entire country played competitive CS.

(I actually don't know whether that game is similar to CS, my knowledge of FPS is quite limited) I remembered seeing KeSPA teams playing Sudden Attack, Korean homegrown FPS. Not sure about Special Force and CrossFire.

Well except SC2 cause Koreans murdered them so hard it became disingenuous and laughable. What a nonsense. Everyone believed GE would win easily over C9. You see Korea hype everywhere, you often read that they are on a completely different level and that any competition between korean and western teams is a farce. At wolds many doubted that blue/white would even scrim vs western teams because they are on such a different level that it is pointless. Reality showed that it was not quite that extreme.

Professional TW FPS teams are mostly competing in AVA (JP KR as well), while CN teams are playing crossfire or whatever their CS copy is called.
