His Kassadin isn't as good as his poking champions (which I find really weird they would pick Kass for him in the first place unless it's for "training" purposes) but he didn't play bad. Marin could have built to be more split push but the increased importance and strength of dragon buffs meant he had to build for teamfights. IMO, he played the best except for the mechanical mistakes here and there. Too bad just playing decent is not enough to escape Bengi prison. To me it looks like Marin and Easyhoon/Faker are the play makers on that team , Bang is the cleanup guy, and bengi just run around the jungle like he is tarzan . | ||

I think most people here would agree that faker is better than ezhoon at nearly all aspects of the game and you should take every advantage you can get. Why play with less than full potential? Can't say for sure faker would have carried that game, but there are intangibles that faker brings that surpass a "go even" player. This includes pressure on the team to focus his lane and his picks in the pick/ban phase and he just makes other teams play differently when he's in the game. But more important than those imo, like I stated, is that they're losing time by trying to gain synergy and develop a playstyle with 2 different lineups rather than 1. I mean, taking this even further if they swapped out several players every game with a shit ton of different lineups it just woudln't work out at all. | ||

Maybe the coach is also worried with managing his players. If you start Faker every game, will he be too exhausted after carrying Bengi on his back every time? Will Eazyhoon be super unhappy because he's treated just as a benchwarmer and request out? At his level, Eazyhoon is certainly good enough to start on any of SKT's competitors. | ||

Also its clear that Xerath as a 3rd pick down champ. Hes not Syndra, not Leblanc, not Azir? Was Azir even banned? Like really they had so many options. God knows they could have just let them take Xerath and watch Faker cut GBM down on Ahri or Zed or Fizz. OMG Cool literally did that yesterday. In fact I think the way OMG played yesterday is exactly the way you should play against Xerath. Fuck man this is so hard to watch. God knows that if they keep doing this over the course of the season they will come 3rd/4th. Again. For the 3rd straight tournament in a row. | ||

I don't know if it's true or not, but I read somewhere that Najin prefers Zefa when they feel a need to play safer against a team and Ohq when they feel they can be more risky/aggressive. They are in ELO hell with Benji always having 0 impact while facechecking the world, 2 supports that are a net negative (~gleeb level), and an ADC that never does damage. | ||
