The closest thing is the passive ability of a champ called Eve in LoL. It however only affects her.

There is a hero called Evelyn that basically has that as her passive, but other than that there is no real equivalent.

Wow I'm blown away by how many people there are in that stadium. Easily ten times the amount I saw while attending TI4. Plus half the seats were empty for the first two days because of the fucking secret shop. Wish Valve would book a stadium as large as this.

For Royal's bans, Jayce/Rengar are a must. I'd leave the third ban on Mata imo. You have to make laning phase favorable for Uzi if Royal wants a remote chance.
