Unfounded matchfixing accusations are not welcome. Refrain from making off-the-wall accusations without concrete evidence. |

Yeah, after just 1 loss? Crying already?
Clearly done on purpose to focus the cameras on him to let viewers believe they aren't throwing and they were totally serious

But's that the thing, you have to throw at least one game early on if you dont want to be suspected.

If they wanted to throw then vs LMQ. Now the group is wide open.

If they were going to throw games it would've been to LMQ, given that they would already be 2-0 going into that first meeting, with wins against each of the other teams(which means SSB giving them 2 throw wins guarantees they finish 1st and SSB cleans up second).

NWS looked more prepared.
I dunno, that didn't look like C9 to me. NWS put such a huge investment into vision, and C9 put so much. I think they made a couple mistakes and they just tilted it out. I've never seen C9 respond to objectives so poorly. They just didn't really rotate, they ignored objective fights and then fought at times when it really wasn't necessary.
In any case, I think the fashion that they lost probably helps them out a fair bit, gives them lots to work on for next game. Teams outside of Korea just have no idea how to set up vision properly, we saw that in every game so far. Only Cyanide/Yellow did it somewhat decent. Just look how always Gorilla and Watch are together when one lane is pushing and they go for deep wards on that side of the map.
Well, worst case scenario, we come out of worlds with much much better warding.
I actually think C9 just put too many pinks top and that kind of screwed them. Like top jungle had 3 pinks in it, and NWS just didn't really care and left them there.
Usually they do a lot better at getting wards in pertinent spots, but they just like warded places where there were no objectives.
Just seemed like they had no plan, where C9 usually always has a plan. Thats what makes C9 who they are, they have a clear plan and they execute it well. But this game, I didn't see that. They didn't fight for objectives, and then they fought randomly when they didn't need to.
Nerves maybe, I don't know. maybe NWS just has really aggressive Vision control and they got caught out too much.
I actually dont think Hai played that poorly, for what it is worth. I dunno, like he lost the fights, but like him dying in fights is just as much of a team thing as a solo thing. He got caught a couple times, but they had no vision. I didn';t like how he popped thresh instead of a higher priority target in that one fight, but ah well.

They try and win in early and early mid game teamfights, Rumble is basically the anti-OMG champion.
The Gragas ban is pretty stupid though.

maybe gragas is just a blank ban
|
Btw kinda funny how all the bans in this game are old League champions.
