At the point, Creaton might as well go full yolo queue, and just build full damage instead of getting defensive item. Getting a PD would be so strong at this point. (actually BT might be a better pick up)

well.. I disagree trist reaches hardcarry status after finishing IE/LW and an AS item that can either be blade or shiv(I personally prefer only zeal) but getting both botrk AND shiv is my main issue, I would disagree with only shiv but I can understand it the 1800 extra gold for blade is a problem

Huge 5v5 on dragon, Elise took it down for {M}. Creaton's Tristana manmoded huge with deep jumps and got Vander's Thresh and Jankos's Pantheon went down to Kev1n's Shyvana, Creaton escaped, Jree's Lulu died though. After it, Overpow grabbed kill on Kerp with ultimate. 6-6 in kills, 1-1 dragons, 2-2 towers, 0-0 Baron Nashors, 1k gold for Roccat. Araneae's Elise got caught near Baron Nashor, got killed, Roccat are collapsing on Baron Nashor. Shyvana, Gragas and Lulu tried to interrupt, Shyvana and Gragas died, Celaver's Ezreal died, Lulu escaped. Teams are collapsing in the middle. Tactical advantage in on Roccat's side as they're closer to Baron Nashor's pit. Huge fight occurs, Araneae almost instantly went down, Overpow chased Creaton and killed him, Kev1n died as well. Noone went down from Roccat, free Baron Nashor for them almost. 10k advantage for Roccat, then Kerp tried to burst Celaver, he escapes with few hitpoints with help of lantern, Kerp went down to Overpow. 9k advantage after Elise snatched dragon though. 35th minute is here and Roccat are pushing t2, taking it for free, 10k again and they're sieging t3. Taking it as well, retreating. 11k gold for Poles, 2-2 in dragons, 2-0 Baron Nashors, 6-4 in towers, 13-7 in kills. After few minutes of farming and backing, Poles came back to exposed {M}'s inhibitor. Got it easily, almost killed Elise. Sieging top t3, {M} are trying to hold with newly picked IE for Creaton. Even though Tristana is a huge liablity without defensive items Overpow is smashing her completely. Roccat engages under t3, Vander almost went down, noone died, Roccat retreat. 40th minute, 12,5k gold advantage for Roccat.
Overpow's Ziggs finally got rid of Spirit of Spectral Wraith, got Rylai's Crystal Scepter and he's full build now with almost 500 creep kills.
Free Baron Nashor for Roccat, 3-0 here.
13,5k gold advantage, Poles are sieging top t3 again.
Middle inhibitor for {M} is respawned though. Nevermind, died instantly almost.
Huge fight occurs, Araneae almost went down, Jree's Lulu died, 1v0 for Poles.
14k gold advantage, siege continues.
Flash hook from Vander, Kerp is dead, Jankos died as well from Tristana, second inhibitor went down, Araneae, well, dived and died.
Creaton is trying to do his best, dunno if it can help.
Roccat retreat again with 2 dead inhibitors for {M}, 15k advantage for Poles and suddenly stream died :D

you are AS capped with botrk/PD/q and as boots so getting 2 as items is very overkill, So yes BT is better but dont think he can afford it vs a ziggs he might have to though

blade and shiv are fine in part of a 4 item offensive build, it's just the 2 item timing is a bit underwhelming, but Mil's plan isn't to fight at Trist's 2 item timing.
