After that level 2 it's pretty hard to get back into the game. Honestly I thought EG had a really nice global comp that could destroy eve/TF ganks if they fought 4v4.

He should have sung something in Russian. The classic Happy Birthday is really annoying.

All in all that was a completle trainwreck after the start. Shen/Nasus is not a strong early game by any means, but the way they played it out it was simply a lost cause.
Froggen also didn't have any impact on that game. Yesterday when they were behind his Ahri was strong enought to keep them in the game, but the "ramping up" Kassa build cannot do the same (esp. if you waste your teleport in a situation that you cannot win).
Still shocked that EG drafted so badly. There wasn't a single char on Gambits side which is disabled by wither. Genja doesn't autoattack anyway, Eve can remove the slow and spams hatespikes, zac doesnt auto etc. The lulu/vayne bot lane also didn't impress.
In closing I feel as if i was back in week 2 where EG was failing all around and didn't have any plan whatsoever for their games.
I don't think EG expected Gambit to take out Zac, and Snoopeh fell into Nasus because J4 was also banned.
Kass was an alright pick, but EG was lacking in wave clear. Gambit also ended the laning phase so fast that he was unable to do the things Kass is really good at, and Nasus was too far behind to delay towers from falling.

For that matter how is the Nasus supposed to jungle against an Eve which can basically 1v1 him from level 1onwards?
Their teamcomp was meant to reach lategame (where they would be rather strong) but they didn't have a single champion with a strong earlygame to actually protect them until that lategame arrives. You can draft 3 "farming" lanes like they did, but if they do that their jungler better be able to 1v1 strongly in the jungle. If they had had a strong jungler like Elise or Lee Sin (not saying that Snoopeh is necessarily good on those) their lanes would have made sense. With Nasus who cannot even protect his own jungle it was a trainwreck waiting to happen.

He is good at holding towers though so he could have helped to prolong laning phase if he didnt fall that far behind. I agree though that his Wither was rather useless against the GG comp.
Btw generally it would be cool if people could make this kind of posts after the picks and not after the game.

Maybe, but they should have changed their draft drastically with Nasus in the jungle. Heck for that matter they should have warded at least a bit deeper to protect themselves against the early eve. They had options they could have used to make life safer during the first 3 levels (put bot lane top to help protect the blue after red start, pink ward the banana bush on the way to blue, have shen "help" the first 3 camps in the jungle since he can't reach the minions in the lane anyway, heck go for a full on invade on diamonds blue with 3 guys if they want to leave the duo lane bot), instead they went 100% standard with wicked wasting his time top doing nothing and got read like a book and demolished.
Simply disappointing.

Pick comp for Alternate. They're going to get smashed if they play it as pick-oriented as they did yesterday against SK. >_>

Comments to the picks and bans of the next game:
I'm not 100% convinced how much the blitzcrank adds to the two dive champions of lyssandra and Vi, but in general I Like both themcomps. I guess it will depend heavily on what kind of pulls blitz manages. If he hooks tabbs lategame for an instant gibb that could win them the game right there, but on the flipside of that coin LD has a far strong teamfight if the hooks don't hit.

Yeah it went terrible for them, but I don't think it was entirely a teamcomp problem. It was a snowball off of really poor level 1 planing, whereas Gambit read EG like a book.
In fact I think the last game Gambit vs EG was almost entirely the same comp. Elise/J4/Twitch/Ori/Lulu vs Nami/Zac/Nasus/Vayne/Kass. They could have adapted to Gambits comp better but EG's picks by themselves weren't terrible, other than running the same composition two weeks in a row.
