Right now I have no idea who is going to the relegation matches. looking at the remaining matches, EG vs Gambit and Gambit vs SK seem the most important matches (also SK vs NiP).
I think NIP will end up in 7th place based on the schedule, but nothing is sure in the Europe LCS

There were quite a few released champions that were broken in the sense that they were underpowered.
And some the most "broken" champions (in the sense of op) are or were champs that have been released for a long time. Like Karthus, Shen, TF, Ryze, Kennen, Rumble, Vayne. So if it is difficult to balance champs that are in the game for so long, it is obviously even more difficult to have a champ balanced right after release.
That said, the imbalances are usually blown way out of proportion.

How about being both incompented and greedy, resulting in the occasional release of an unintentionally balanced champ?
Intentional overcynicism aside, i think that they are half-succesfully tryharding to balance and not overgreed, while totaly failing to hide their greed. (Slightly bigger range on skillshots of expensive skins anyone? Maybe unclear or delayed graphic animations?)
At least they are smart to keep those advantages small enough to not backfire at them...

Basically the 4 champs Froggen wants to play atm are Ahri, TF, Fizz, Kassadin. Gambit took away 3 of them, so they must have wanted the kassadin for Froggen. Not sure why though.
