Few words about match against LD... Right after match we heard opinions that we could finish that game 20 mins earlier, that we didnt realize how far behind LD players were, that we were too afraid of throwing the game and that some more experienced teams would use that against us and dealt with us properly thus winning the game. I call that bullshit. Since 10th min we didnt make any mistake and we played that game the way we were supposed to. We did as much as LD players let us, but no more. If anyone of us would get caught out of posistion once, he would get insta killed within seconds. Our gold lead wouldnt matter that much then. We lacked engage in our setup and LD players tried to abuse it with deep camping in their base. If they went for straight fight, then we could win it earlier, but they didnt. We had to either take a dumb risks or easly but slowly make sure that we take next points in LCS. The part about more experienced teams that would abuse our yesterdays playstyle, I want to ask - how on earth would they do that? And I fully agree with him. Already said similar stuff right after the game. There are no extra points for winning fast, or for winning in a spectacular fashion. MYM played this like they were supposed to, winning it safely and making sure not to throw. Games like some of the recent NA LCS games with throws back and forth may be more entertaining to watch, but it is surely not better play.

Dunno if Europe is playing better actually, the level doesn't seem quite high. Besides if you want to watch high level better watch Koreans. LCS EU used to be really interesting and fun to watch but ever since this season started there were less good games than fingers in one hand...

This is a matter of opinion anyway and not what I was primarily getting at. Just saying the criticism of MYM for how they finished the game was bullshit. Maybe I can understand viewers being bored, but casters calling their play bad was just total nonsense. And Jason Kaplan is really annoying in how he thinks he knows what he is talking about while he is actually clueless as fuck.

remember when he said that yamato canon basically can't play any champion and Deman had to stop him from continuing to bash?

Yeah I reacted too fast at the end of your post and then realized that the point of your post was Mokatte comment which I also agree with, my bad !
